Billing counter Mr Bhoodev behavior is very bad behavior. I hv decided I will not come again sec12. I am ACP Jatin Verma from department.

Place smells bad and workers were talking rudely. Some workers were in romantic mood, holding hands. Were not informing any thing just shouting on each other. Manager should take care.

Nice and delicious food. Excellent service and a family restaurant. It's Heigenic and where u can sit relax and order the delicious food here.

Place was expensive food quality was great but it was difficult to get seat to sit. People reserved the seats and it take 20-30 Min to get seat. Overall good for family and friends unfortunately I clicked no photos

Khaney me Mari Hui makkhi daal makhani me daal kar bheja tha, aur yek baar bhi service manager ne regret nahi feel Kiya na hi apology bola, usney mujhe bola agli baar aapko complementry kar Diya jayega

Can't expect from Haldiram

The name / brand is more than enough to say about quality and service. All time good for all ages and all occasions

It is a sweet shop cum restaurant by Haldiram. Apart from options of purchasing sweets and savouries of different types, one can enjoy Indian food also along with snacks. Seating for around 30 persons inside but one can sit outside in the lobby of food court outside also. Food quality is good. Serves gol gappas, raj kachauri in snacks.

Today it was huge rush, so i asked them to pack thali, i must i say i shoudnt bcs they packed same veg in panner block and dal block and food quality was sooooo bad.

It is one of the worst outlet of Haldiram. They people are trying to search for seats aggressively. Families from lower middle class background continuously stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable.

This Haldiram is located inside sector 12 mall next to metro station. While this outlet is not very big however good part is you can access this from outside Mall as well. You will get all usual Haldiram options on food, snacks, sweets etc. There is a lot of rush in Haldiram usually on the Weekends.

It's best for everyone knows, near by for those who are living around sec-6,10,11,12 dwarka New Delhi. Take away, dine in both are available here for friends, families and individuals ️️

Very bad ambience. I see only Lower class people visiting this. Don't go after 9pm coz mostly office people are visiting.
Not a family restaurant anymore.

Haldiram's has always been one of the go to places of every India. The taste, ambience and service are all very good.

Haldirams is fast turning into a 5 star eating joint only from the pricing perspective. With average taste, quality n service it's way too exorbitantly priced compared to OM sweets, Mithaiwala n so on.

Haldiram is one of India's most famous brand with a global reputation for quality.

•In this restaurant service and behaviour of staff is very good.
• For Seating there are good number of table and chairs.

Nearest metro station is Dwarka Sec 12.

Prices are too high. Even then they are not serving sufficient chholey with bhaturey and dahi with bhalley, not satisfied at all

Good variety, both of ready to eat and frozen food. Pure veg, Indian Street food plus sweets and packed snacks. Enough seating for a weekday but weekends are always overcrowded.

The person at the counter was not ready to take the order despite saying 4-5 times and was acting as if he hasn't listened. We don't expect such service from Haldiram, with quality of your food, which is super amazing, you need to train your people to be active and kind towards people who are coming to buy and be polite to them.

Very bad experience. The Dahi Bhalla was not upto mark even though it is priced at 150 Rupees, the takeaway did not had proper amount of Dahi. In Bhalla Papdi too, the bhalla was missing in the takeaway. Everything is overpriced and delivered not properly. Very bad experience.

It was a nice experience. We went at night and had different things including sweets. I prefer Haldiram for Dosa, south India dish and sweets.

Sabudana tikki was cold. No place to sit. Poor service. On complaining, cashier offered seating next to cash counter. No sense of hospitality.

Most of the staff's are not good. Some of he things in the menu card are not avalable and we come to know when you go for it it should be mentioned on the menu card
one persons on the billing (i don't about the other) dusk are making fun of each other not looking to the customers and not friendly to customers

This Haldiram outlet located within city centre Dwarka sector 12 is definitely worth visiting. Their chole bhature is fab.

As Haldiram was my first choice for rajkachori
But this time no I never suggest any one and also not take any thing from Haldiram as I have taken food from Dwarka sec 12 Haldiram the food quality and quantity are not good this is never expected from Haldiram. I called many times but no one answered any phone calls. Very bad experience this time

Really bad staff in the evening. Specially the one on the billing counter has no manners and is very rude to customers

Two star is to highlight that i found hairs in malai gever two times.not expected with indias greatest brand.otherwise all other times 5 stars.so overall 4 stars

This particular outlet is a bit smaller than the standard outlets n hence get crowded easily on the festival days when everyone is queuing up to buy sweets and they don't make any special arrangements for these days to manage the surge in the customers, hence it's really gets chaotic. Recent example was of today where it took 40 minutes to get ur hands on 1 kg sweet.

Amazing is only word which can describe my experience at Haldiram. Food is amazing, catering services is amazing everything is amazing.

Situated in central market Dwarka sec-12 metro station. And the veg thali i had there, taste was awesome, one thali enough for one person.

Nice place in dwarka city center Mall. This place is always crowded but you'll get seat if you wait for 2-5 minutes. Tasty food.

Nice outlet well maintained. Quality of food is superior and a lot of varieties of indian cusines makes haldiram a nice food outlet in dwarka.
But as usual billing is costly compared to other competitive outlets.
Only reason to give 4 stars due to costly items.

Haldiram’s needs no reviews- it is an evergreen restaurant chain. Although their prices have been increasing exponentially, they are still one of the most sort after eating places in Dwarka.

This particular outlet is located right outside the metro station of Sector 12 Dwarka in the Dwarka city centre mall (ground floor).

Best option for pure vegetarians people.

I recommend having chole bhature, dhokla, faluda kulfi, pani puri, thali.

I personally didn’t like the tandoori platter, not the worth the price. All the items feel dry in it, it can be shared as a starters among group of people.

You must try their ready to make if you are traveling aboard or staying in hostels. Quickly made and most items taste same as freshly cooked. I recommend trying dal makhani, dal tadka and aloo matar.

Cholle bhature, pav bhaji, dahi bhalles.omg! It's the best place for quality Delhi food. You might just have to wait in line for your order, but the taste is truly worth the wait.
The seating is limited, however patience pays as it's fast food. So turnover is really fast. Good staff, good service and good hygiene.

All time favorite place for vegetarians. Some of the classic dishes that you can try at any Haldirams restaurant are Chhole Bhature, rajkachori, bread pakora, dhokhla, chaat. Loved the place. And being inside Dwarka City center, the place such a beautiful ambience as well. The systems are also very organized.

Nice place itesm avaible there and staff behaviour is gud and parking favility is avaible there so jus t go there and enjyy your day with delicious food and ac is working fine and inside space is gud

I am regular visitor.food quality is very good.especially like their dal makhani and lachha paratha.also tea is freshly prepared and not machine mix. My son loves desi style white sauce pasta

Haldiram's is a great place to try the very north indian dishes like chole bhature, raj kachori, paani puri, dahi bhalle. This place has number of seats.
Service is very fast and polite. Ambience is also soothing.

It is just besides of dwarka sector metro 13.it is almost walking distance from metro station.it is filled with reliance ventures.

Haldiram's has been always my favourite Hunger Buster place. Best place for quick bites and it never disappoints. The food is amazing with good ambience and comfortable seating.

I love chole bhature, Rasmalai and hot chocolate fudge.
I love haldiram so since I come to delhi. But as I stay in dwarka this outlet is nearest to my home. Now you can relate and understand about my first Line.

For folks and families in Dwarka, this place remains a true savior. Owing to the lack of other good options, even a basic fare place like this is thriving. Don't get me started on Singla's - the supposed competition to this place is actually an infection-starter, a place that you can hate forever. In comparison, Haldiram's does all the basics right. The preparation is not exotic but it is reasonably done and always fresh. You can feel assured about taking the kids, the elderly or people with a sensitive stomach. The prices will not floor you. The pricing is not humble in any way. You pay a premium for a plate of your cholley bhatturey but then you are sure about decent taste, good seating options and really clean food. This is truly the last man standing among Dwarka's small list of not-that-grand eating-out options. I pray the standards at Haldiram's don't slip. Again, I just recalled Singla's - absolutely vomit inducing.
