Good place for vegetarian people. It was clean. Customer service was good except my table was given to someone else when i went to collect my food from the counter.
Plenty of options from street food to Indian sweets.
I ordered amritsari kulcha with salted lassi, it was good. I nearly burnt my tounge as it was too hot.
Otherwise food was 10 on 10!

Road side carts can serve better and hot products. I am visiting Haldiram for last 25 years but quality is really needed to be attended well. This feedback is specially for D mall rohini

One of the best place for vegetarians to eat. From North Indian to chinese, everything you may get here with good taste and reasonable cost. Quantity of food served here is better as compared to other haldirams. Also it is very spacious. One has to get their order themselves. Those who need privacy can sit on upper floor which is less crowded.

Quality of food is same and good from years. Liked everything I had. Good place when you look for a meal with family. You'll get mostly everything in vegetarian food.

I like the quality of sweets. If you want to try the sweets than be on time. Because in evening the stock of sweets getting out of stock. Also all product of Haldiram available here

Service is really pathetic. It was so great earlier but now the staff is not well trained at all. When asked about the coconut chutney with dosa, it wasn't available. The staff responded back in an extremely rude manner. I don't know for what reason. Seems like we cannot even give a feedback.

STALE FOOD

Ordered Rasgulla through swiggy today. Received stale items and swiggy cust.care says they cant help as the food was pre packed.

Dint expect this from HALDIRAMS’.

You can have the same taste, almost same menu of Haldiram Chain of Restaurant. Surely have a food here.

Rude staff which was really a bad experience at the outlet.i will not recommend this place to visit

Location is nice, near the City Center.
Quality of food and packaging was good.
But food taste and quantity was not of Haldiram or Delhi standard.
Although food was not spicy, so anyone can enjoy it without worrying about their stomachs: D
We bought Chholey-Bature (Chickpea curry and fried rotis) ; Rajkachori; Haldiram's Special Dosa.

It was so bad! Everything we ordered was tasteless even the dal makhni! My expectations were too high but it's sad that it couldn't even touch that level!

Closes at 9: 30PM, during these times. They stop taking order at this time and slo don't provide basic amenities such as Air conditioning. Worst experience of all restaurants. Staff doesn't even know about their own management. Would advice not to visit alone or with family.

Store is great just as the brand is. The food and beverages etc are tasty. Hygiene is good but something needs to be done about the flies that enter & irritate. Also, the cash counter staff should be more helpful & prompt. I wanted to buy 6 packets of salted cashew nuts but was told to go to another counter or to pick up the cashews myself, which I was unable to, as I could not see where they were kept in the large display. So I left with just a few packets of Makhana.

Food is as usual the best. Staff was very helpful. One of them help us to select items and made a beautiful hamper.

Sewage smell inside the premises, dirty and no management. A thela service could be better.poor management

Always delay swiggy riders order and prepaid order on time. Staff is not replyed why? Is delay for order

Its the most hygienic and pocket friendly outlet. Food is delicious and is cooked with care for public hygiene. All dishes are equally tasty. Service is good. Place is clean and spacious. I prefer getting the food packed from here though. Packing is so good that food doesnt spill even if you stay far away from the outlet.

Quality, quantity, price, service, ambience, staff, hygiene all are bestest amongest restaurants.

What I liked is cleanliness and hygiene they maintain. Quality has not improved rather slightly decreased but price has been increased and is definitely high. Product has half the worth and rest half money you will pay for brand name only. I got a plate of "Chole Bhature" for ₹172/- and that too after waiting 15 minutes, not because of heavy demand but the serving guy is cleaning his counter.

I like the place. It doesn't have too much variety of food BUT have TASTY food. I love Pao bhaji, Chole bhature, South Indian platter, Chinese etc etc. They have clean work place, Nice staff, reasonable rates but there is a self service system no one will serve you on your table, you have to go to the counters and get the food.

Haldi Ram is loosing its quality.today in rajkachori the dahi (curd) was smelling and it seemed to be stale.previous experience at Mathura road branch of Haldiram, the chole bhature was of third grade quality.i will never go to any Haldiram restaurant in Future
