Monika Mam and Kareena Mam are great are people as the gesture they extend is customer centric

However, on pointing out they replaced them with hot items

I think they should display and retail more namkeen.i felt that haldiram should sell have all of their retail items in stores such as these

Food taste is not as expected from old haldiram outlets, however service and atmosphere is good.

New sweets hub in Dwarka, variety available off the shelf! Snacks items are also good. Seating arrangement also available

A regular Cx of HALDIRAM since 2010 but today i am forced to say that just like other multiple brands out there, experience with served quantity isn’t same as before. Been to this particular outlet yesterday and i was really very disappointed with the quantity of rice (Rajma Rice, costs ₹120) they served only half of the serving spoon & then they just cover it with Rajma & a bit of salad stuff. Combination of all didn’t fill that paper bowl, EVEN ‍️
It felt like cost cutting
NOT OVER HYPED but YES, sometimes it feels > OVERPRICED (as served)
Hopefully, concerned team would look after this

Nothing special about the food, for which they charge 2.5 times the market rates

Moreover, if you go with a group of may be 4-5 and order different food, then it may happen that some will finish their food and some will wait to get their food to be prepared. Completely mismanaged and disorganized.

I had a party at home and ordered Paneer Cutlets, Dhokla sandwich and Gujiya. Cutlets and sandwiches are good but 7-8 Gujiya had burnt filling inside. When I made a complaint to the store they asked me to come with bill and burnt filling gujiya to the store. I explained him that it is not possible to come to store in the middle of party that too with spited gujiya. Then he said nothing can be done.

Food was excellent, as expected from Haldirams. It was self service. Order delivery could have been faster. Waited a long time for a simple order of chole bhature and dahi phuchka to be delivered. There is no system of informing customers about their food items being ready, other than a shout from the counter. This is rather primitive and Haldirams can definitely do better.

If they know on weekend will be rush then they have to manage accordingly

Bad service makes atmosphere bad inspite of best of food? Specially never go for breakfast as they think they doing charity Langar.

Friendly staff. The quality is very good and fresh items.
