As already mentioned AC for seating area was not working, that was the real draw back. We were not able to enjoy our meal due to highly hot climate at noon.
The food was so tasteless wasn't expecting this from Haldirams. The AC over there was not at all functioning. I ordered dosa and amritsari kulcha, dosa batter was put like a dough, they did not even spread it. Kulcha was also not gud
My payment was successful but they still asked me to pay again as they didn't receive it but maoutn deducted twice from my account and no refund as promised.fraud and unprofessional
If you ever visited Haldiram other outlet before visiting this. I am damn sure your experience is going to be worst. Yesterday visited with my friend and we ordered Fried rice with Chilli Paneer and Masala Dosa. It's quality is not like other Haldiram's Outlet and I can say yesterday I had the worst ever masala dosa of my life. They served Fried rice and chilli Paneer in same plate and it's like unhone uski khichdi bna di even after complaining. They said it's customer's fault we haven't told them as we want both friend rice and chilli panner seperately but my friend used to eat this same dish in Haldiram Unity One Rohini and they serve both in different bowls even we never told them to do so and these people of Haldiram Spark mall saying it's other outlet fault too. They simple denied for everything they can do and left outlet after wasting out hard earned money. Never expected this from Haldiram

Very bad service. A girl came and told that you can give order to me and so we ordered 3 chole bhature 1 raj kachauri and 1 lassi and she charged 1165. Later we checked it should be 900 approx.she has not given any receipt to us.order was from Vijay Kumar and it was 9 th October 4pm. I want my refund but no one is picking the call. The food was also not up to the mark. I want my refund. Please help
You should drop “DROPTHEQ”. They took our 40 minutes to deliver a simple order for 3 people. DroptheQ has nothing to do with haldiram’s customer satisfaction and as a result haldiram must be paying the price. Wake up!
Very bad service. I ordered food online from swiggy around 5: 29 pm and 6: 05 the swiggy customer care person told me the oder i place half an hour ago for the food is not available.i mean it took them half n hour to notify me plus they weren't even preparing the rest of the dishes that i odered and the restaurant person was also rude.bad service and people. DON'T ODER FOOD FROM HERE.
This is one of the worst outlet of Haldiram I ever visited. I ordered one special veg thali worth Rs 378. The food was stale and raw and cold too. Haldiram should have check on the quality of food served. Even a 100 Rs roadside thali tastes much better than this. Below I am uploading my bill.
