Haldiram's - Dilshad Garden

Thanks Haldiram, we felt very happy coming to Haldiram and we also liked the service started here, table service.

You may eat there only if you are too hungry and left with no other alternatives. This branch of haldiram's must be the worst ones I have ever been to. The food takes forever and the hygiene is thrown away. It smells so much sometimes that you won't be able to swallow your food.

Edit: I recently went again in hopes that the place might have changed, although it was much cleaner but the service is still pretty bad. They told us that the food on the menu was unavailable but even after receiving the order for something they had it took over an hour to serve us.

Sarkari karmchari ki tarah behaviour pasand nhi aaya. AC working me nhi hai.hope they will improve. I have been visiting here since 3- yrs but sad to rate like this. Poor service.

I don't know about others. I had a bad experience. 2pm ac was not running.thali preparation delayed.casual attitude of staff

Place way too pricey and the food is not at par with the amount at all. Instead of eating a mediocre but pricey meal here, one can always have an affordable and filling burger at Burger King few steps away. Ngl, my college canteen provides better food with less than half the price and servings are bigger too.

Nice Infrastructure. But the sitting arrangement is not that much good as I want. Rest taste of dishes were nice. Good for the family get together and parties.

Price to quality (and quantity) ratio have degraded very much. A single plate of Raj Kachori would cost you around ₹170 at Dilshad garden branch.

Haldiram's is I guess everyone's favorite place for sweets as they provide food quality sweets. Each and every type of sweet id available. Apart from sweets, they also provide namkeens, cookies and many more things.

The food and service both are good.the price is affordable and if you go there then definitely eat rajkachori (personal favourite)

The web app for scan order and pay has a poor payment method. Failed multiple times and made the customer wait. Pleas take this into serious consideration

I went here with family and it was worst ever experience it was. The staff kept us in wait for the order they are lazy and unresponsive they don't even know our order is in que literally this outlet staff is worst, they kept us in long wait for the order.
Never suggest to go here specially with special ones.

One of worse experience, which I ever get in any branch of restaurant.
Today, I was feeling very much hot while dining so I make a complain to the staff about this. But no action is taken so I finish my first order asap and leave the restaurant.

Awesome ambience.great north Indian food.they even offer a sumptuous thali for navaratris.all in all a wonderful family restaurant.

Good option for Haldiram shop lovers but many times fails to comply with Haldirams standard.

Bilkul bekar, 2 rupye ke chole bhature nahi hai. Saara khana baasi aur akda hua. Avoid and save money. Better go for pizza hut nearby and save money and get buy one get one offer.

Sab kuch tel, mirch aur saste butter se bhara hua aur sab baasi. Mithai Shalimar garden shiv chowk ke bikaner se le Lena sasti aur world best hai. Ye outlet bakwaas aur inke representative super bakwaas. Koi complaint procedure nahi, sab sunke sir sir karte hai, still they serve the same food to other customers.

Agar duniya ka akhiri din ho aur order karna bhi pade to bhi aik baar inki dishes dekh lena, order karne se pehle. Mere to paise barbaad ho gaye, apne bacha lena.

Worst service I had ever in haldiram. They delivered our order in parts and it took more than 40 minutes. Sometime no roti sometime no curry.
