1 hr waiting still 1 order pending and not served… we ask several times that our 1 item is pending but they did’nt take serious

The Masala Dosa was cold and not been replaced. Chilla was forgotten to serve.worst service.

The food was good and the place was packed, I was extremely hungry so it was convenient, the service was ok ig but pretty solid place in a popular place

The only place which can boast of a neat and clean toilet in the entire Chandni Chowk area.

No parking, no ambience, no service. But the food/sweets/savouries are best prepared here. No adulteration, no cheating. Full value for your money. Everything feels so hygienic and clean that you forget you are sitting at Chandni Chowk.

Probably the best place to have food if you don't like the lack of space in Paranthe Wali Galli. The quality and quantity of food is the best. Must visit.

The quality has detoriated alot. The Food here is too oily and the oil is also of worst quality

The only thing I can say about Haldirams now is " Oonchi dukaan feeke pakwan".
Ordered paneer curry, got mutter paneer and that to of low quality, the peas were undercooked and the curry was bland.

Too much conjusted. If u want to sit there and eat with relaxation, don't visit. Its like people will come to ur table to occupy seat, so u have to eat fast and the people will keep staring at u and ur food, so u have to finish fast. Not comfortable at all.

Was taken aback by the way orders were taken. Pros: good food. Suitable dishes for all age groups. Good hang out place. Self service so no one bothers Cons: As the kitchen is in the first floor and if you sit on the second floor you would have to carry all the food in your hand for the family members. Area of improvement: large orders, a waiter must help customers. Not friendly for handicapped. Must try Chole bhature.

Very crowded.it is better to go home and have your lunch or dinner because in haldirams it will take too much time to get your order.

Service speed could improve. When you have QR codes for ordering, why do you still require paper bills to order food. Should eliminate paper completely.

Worst Haldiram ever visit.
This branch is fully money oriented.
Visited yesterday with my family ordered bhature, Tandoori platter, special thali & Masala dosa. Due to the season time they are serving like insufficient food and the behaviour of the store manager was inappropriate. They are running sort of foods and still taking order of the same. The staff was in hurry to just complete the each section of different order.

Serving is worst as compared with other Haldiram frenchise in NCR region. Highly disappointed with the service of Haldiram-Chandni chowk branch.

Worst service at all. If you plan to go haldi ram then you ready to suffer.
Not proper sitting arrangements. If you enter Haldiram inside then you feel like a railway station with full crowded.

Great place to eat keeping in mind if you want to eat in a hygienic place with proper seating in between so much crowded chandni chowk.
Only one disappointment, they doesn't had all the items mentioned in the menu at the time in ordered other than it you can go for it.

Haldiram the undoubtedly number one brand for Indian Sweets and snacks. Recently visited Chandni Chowk, Delhi outlet with family. Haldiram have wide variety of sweets - Ghee sweets, Khoya sweets, Milk sweets, Dry fruits sweets collection & Bengali sweets, gift packs and snacks like different Kachori, Pakoras, Dhokla & Patties. First floor has billing counter, sweets counter, gift packs display and ready to eat snacks like Samosa etc. Second floor has sitting area with prepaid coupon counter & delivery counter with self service. We ordered Chole Bhature, Raj Kachori both are awesome in taste. Lastly we purchased Kaju Katlee for home which is my favourite sweet. Overall a good experience & up to expectations.

Pathetic Food, We suffered from loose motion and vomit after eating food.

The taste of food is as per the haldiram's standard. The management is not up to the mark. The footfall is too large as compared to the sitting arrangements. The orsering process needs to be imrpoved. There is a lot of scope of improvement in the ordering process which needs to be done in a controlled manner.

A very good place to have snacks and beverages. Having very good quality and taste is also good specially pani puri, sweets.

Raj Kachori and Samosa are best and pocket friendly. Resturant is on the first floor and food provided is always hot and ingredients used are always fresh.

They have dining and takeaway both, the whole haldiram menu is operational along with sweet shop. They are also taking sanitization measures.

A place for quick bite in Chandni Chowk Market. I have visited Haldiram's outlet in Patna but the taste I found here is something awesome. I ordered Special thali which cost you around 350 bucks and Manchurian rice. Inside thali You will get paneer kadhai, daal makhni, raita, papad, pickles, gulab jamun, vegetable, and bread. Taste of all are finger licking but Dal Makhni has some special taste. I am not a Manchurian lover but after eating Manchurian rice I would say I am Love in. There isnot table service rather a self service. The only thing that I don't like is space and this place isn't spacious and I waited long time to grab a seat. Washroom is at 3rd floor. Cleaniness is so so.

It's overrated n overpriced food chain. There is Street food, North indian food & South Indian food, also good option in beverages.

A perfect place to stop by when you get tired by shopping at Chandani Chowk. Food served is a bit expensive though!

Tried after heavy shopping at Chandni Chowk you can get relax and fill your tummie and get some energy here. They have lot of options from famous Delhi Chat to savoury brunch. Place is hygienic and neat. They follow all the Covid guidelines. Food lovers will love this place a lot. Kids can also have their dishes as there are lot of options for them too. Their signature dish is RAJ KACHORI. Go for this place whenever you visit Chandni chowk.

It was Chandani Chowk's Halidram. It has good variety of sweets & other snack item. Space is divided in 3 floors.with a lot of sitting place. Food quality is as good as other Halidram Centers.

Good Place for Having some Refreshments in Chandni Chowk area, where I visited in June - 2018. But, many varieties of Chat Items which I have seen many years back, when it was a small shop + Special Rabdi Milk full with Dry Fruits was not there. Should have not changed its authentic tastes and things, due to which they are not grown manifolds. Little disappointed.

Bakwas foods were not tasty they are compromise with the quality of the food.

Ya, I gotta go there But the crowd was too much that I finally decided to take a step back and return and then hone to near by MacD. If I talk about the quality of food. It's too delicious but even It is 3 floored restaurant there was no place to sit. The condition and atmosphere was pity fair enough. Food items was more costly. Rest was Good

Nice. But very crowded and many people are occupying places simply with one juice or buttermilk for hours together and others have no place to sit and eat.

Good place to eat if u are in a hurry. However wud recommend other places in old Delhi, specially when u visiting old Delhi / Chandni Chowk area. Its a nice clean place to SIT & EAT QUIETLY, beyond hustle and bustle of OLD DELHI.

Worst service, worst customer care, no one cares about the customers, one dish gets delivered in about half an hour. The restaurant service is even pathetic, i prefer eating from a roadside shop.but not this place.food quality may be good but in a place like chandni chowk you need to make things quick. No one has got FOREVER for a plate of dosa.

Large variety of sweets are available. I love them, although price is little bit higher but I will recommend it.

The most haphazard place visited for lunch. No place to even stand leave apart finding a table to eat. Here only billing is fast. Chhole bhaturey took almost 30 minutes to be delivered (had to be snatched literally). One or two members dinning and entire family occupying the length and breadth of table and then not ready to get up as waiting for their driver who is one and half hours away. No waiter/manager level monitoring. Not recommended for peak time visits. Unfortunately the location is never off peak. Visit at your personal risk only.

Nice place for sweets & food. Lots of sittings available on top floors. But sometimes so hot during summers. So preferable to visit in winter. Completely family restaurant.
