My 9yrs in India, 9yrs I came to know this wonderful, amazing, beautiful & well experienced gynae Dr Asha Hans, whom I personally can't compare to any other gynae I have met with in India. She's so cheerful, polite, kind, caring, down to earth to give a listening ear to her patients health problems, explains well to them the possible solution with a positive assurance, her patients life & happiness is her utmost priorityinfact she's everything you need as long as Gynae & obstetrician is concern. Hans hospital both acha hai. I visited Dr Jatin Hans orthopedic doctor.unhone mujhe bahot acchese treat kiya knee pain k liye and back ache k liye. Sab facility hai hpspptal me. Dr Madhuri Hans eye specilist hai. Bahothi satisfying tarikese dekhati hai eyes. Eyes ka operation bhi karaya maine.

Thanks to Dr asha Hans mai bohot problem mai ayi thi mere 2 baby hai or mujhe kafi sal se uterus ki problem ho rhi thi sabne uterus remove ke bol diya but dr.asha ne mera bina uterus revome kiya bina hi procedure ke diya thanks mam mai specially Haldwani se yha ayi hu

Meri wife ka eptopic hua condition bohot kharab thi HB 4gm tha 10 unit blood bhi chadaya hai bohot serious condition thi but thik hai thanks to Dr asha Hans.

Poor Managements nd unorganised sytem if got chance i will rate -1, plz don’t waste ur money over there uh have w8 a lot nd give you lots of medicine nd ask uh to follow up nd no matter how many times uh will consult, will not get the result

Dr Neha Hans, Dental Surgeon, has been treating all dental problems of the entire family for last 9 years.
She has deft touch and immense knowledge of the subject. She makes the patient especially child so comfortable that they are not at all afraid to go for any ental procedure with her.

Un ethical behaviour by staff, specially doctors, are very busy they don’t have time to see you they ask their helper sisters to deal with the doctors, worse things I saw in this hospital, doctor are considered are the gods to save life some time but these are. Dr asha hans is the worst gynaecologist. She is only after ur money and will suggest you n number of fake injections and treatment that will harm your health and unborn child. Don't ever go to her or else u will regret for life.worst lady!

My wife is expecting and visited to your hospital. Initially when we visited we found it better but later on we started getting confused with the procedures and other things.
I have few queries which I would really appreciate if anyone from the management of the owner replies to.
My Queries are like:
1.) On the website the doctors (Gynecologist) are different wherein you won’t find anyone out of them in the hospital.
2.) At the time of appointment when asked for Dr. Asha Hans, It’s being said that yes she is available & book the appointment on her name. Wherein when we visit the hospital she is never available and some other doctor meets you.
3.) When you go for the first time they charge the consultancy fee which is Rs. 300/- that looks fine. However, When you make the file for that patient you again charge Rs 500/-.
4.) On every visit you do the sugar, weight, BP and Hemoglobin test for which you charge Rs. 500/-. And if we have the test done already you ask for Rs. 300/- as the consultancy fee.
5.) If every time we have to pay the consultancy fee then why then why did you charge for the file making. And if this is the case, I could have taken the appointment everytime and see the doctor as it’s better to pay 300 instead of paying 500 when that file is actually useless nothing is there is that file only the same reports details are mentioned which we are showing them seperatly.
6.) And, if the doctor is calling you every alternative day, you do the test again and ask for Rs. 500/- why that is so?
7.) Moreover to this, for ultra sound your charges are much higher than the other hospital wherein your hospital is the charitable hospital.
8.) In-fact, if we compare other charges also, they are comparatively higher than the other hospitals where in it should be lesser as it’s a charitable hospital.

Don’t you think that just adding the name “Charitable” in the hospital name is just a source of making people fool?
People will start losing trust in you as I lost it.
We only met Dr. Asha Hans at my first visit after that they book the appointment with her but she is never available. We meet some other doctor. We're not saying that the other doctor is not good but my concern is when We're taking appointment with Dr. Asha Hans and paying for that why they don’t tell the truth.
I’ll be waiting for a response.

It is the worst hospital in whole Delhi even worse than Government hospitals. My wife has severe backpain. I had taken appointment of 2 pm of Dr. Jatin Hans on 1/1/22. I waited till 4 pm but nobody cared about it. Meantime I saw one accidental case came nobody cared. Finally the injured persons relative took him to another hospital. When I asked staff that I had been waiting from 2 hours when will the doctor see my wife no satisfactory answer came moreover staff is so irresponsible. Finally I had to cancel my appointment. Don't believe in fake reviews. I strongly recommend please don't go to this hospital.

Horrible services. Doctors and staff is extremely rude. Doctors are unprofessional, don’t come on time, they keep you waiting for hours. I took appointment for Dr Rohit Jain, he was supposed to reach at 3.30 but we had to wait till 5 and the Doctor Hardly gave us 2 minutes consultation time after charging 500 rupees.

I had severe toothache the whole night. Next day I visited Hans Hospital for my treatment. Dr Neha Hans did my RCT in a single sitting. Nd I was fine the next day nd eating everything. Thanku mam.

Wrost experience in this hospital. I admitted in this hospital on 10th October 2020. Nobody is responding properly. Dr.not visit to me till night. Not talking about my disease. My friend asked dr.about my disease but they not giving satisfied answer.

Dr. Asha hans gynee apartment is very hardworking, kindhearted, and polite doctor. The staff is also very cooperative.

Very worst staff, they do not know how to manage patient specially receptionist and eye specialist staff.today I visited this hospital they told eye specialist come at 2: 30 but they came at 3: 40 after that when I told to make receipt staff behaviour is so rude and they say 300 charge for eye treatment but actually charge is 150 that is given in online.very very worst experience about this hospital.

Hans hospital is at front of thana mukharjee nagar in delhi. Staff of the hospital are well in behavior and good in services (including, doctors, nurses, maid, sweepers, etc).
Every time we feel religious positivity in the hospital.

Dr. Asha Hans - It seems that her birth is on earth heis tolp people. She has a miracle in her hand.
Admin/ Support staff - Excellent. They r very cooperative and always ready for help.
Sisters/Nurse - You will never feel that you need a doctor for check up. They take care of everything. I dnt hv option to give more than 5. If you care for your wife and coming baby. You should definitely go there.

Staff members are very unprofessional, arrogant and unhelpful. Facilities are just ok but don't go on the name it's not charitable institute it's a private hospital with high charges. Giving two star for cleanliness.

Doctor's behavior is not friendly. He was behaving as if someone came to treat him for free.
