After last year's bad exepreice, I was skeptical to give my car back for service to this workshop. However, after insistence of the staff member (Anjali ji), I gave it another try and was impressed with the service provided this time. I really appreciate Anjali's personal attention and the service advisor's (Yashpal ji) apt guidance. I hope Hans Hyundai continues to keep customer service at the core of what they do.

Very bad servicing experience. Sent the car for polishing instead received with scratch. Somehow, raised the complaint and had to send the car again with the hope that issue will be resolved. The person told me that for the scatch if you go for paint you have to pay. They did the polishing again but i did not see any difference instead received black spot marks at the back. I definitely not going to get my servicing done from moti nagar
