1st attitude towards me was not good. They just tried to judge by face. But later on the dealing assistant was humble. I visited twice in customer waiting area but no one was available there for hospitality. If you need some water/tea/coffee, you just have to go down and ask.

The service manager at Hans Hyundai, Mr. Rajeev Chauhan, is simply exceptional in every manner. His experience, professionalism, and commitment to client happiness are exceptional. Mr. Chauhan's friendly immediately made me comfortable when I arrived at the service center. He listened to my issues and proposed services in detail and patiently answered all of my inquiries. I was pleasantly surprised by his excellent attention to detail and dedication to going above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. The Hans Hyundai service center was clean, well-organized, and furnished with contemporary amenities, all of which spoke to the dealership's dedication to excellence. As a result of Mr. Rajeev Chauhan's outstanding Service, I wholeheartedly endorse him.
They do not care about customer's time or convenience. Only thing they care about is to make money through insurance done by customer's hard earned money. They took more than 1 month for a minor work in my car.
Staff as well as the manager, they always try their best to misguide the customer. They all are professionally trained liars.
My brand new 9 months old Aura doesn't start even after 8-10 self in the morning. I don't know what they have done to my car.
Even after one month, they return my car in very bad condition. Car interior was disgusting at the time of delivery.
Please do not waste your time and money at this workshop. Find some customer friendly workshop. I've been using Hyundai cars since last 10 years and I love them but they are spoiling the name of HYUNDAI.
Stunning Experience! I got my i10 serviced on 16.08.2022. I was well treated by Mr. Vipin Kumar (Service Advisor) ; Thanks to him. My Car serviced very well. But Hyundai needs to reduce the Labour Charges as this is too much.

I am fully satisfied and convinced by Hans Hyundai Badli. I am wistful admirer of his employee Mr vipin who convinced me to replace some parts not by local market but through genuine original parts, I know it will cost me near about 85 k in my old model i20 but yet I have no grievances. Pankaj.
