Hans hyundai workshop near Narain industrial area phase 1 near pvr. All Hyundai car users can easily avail the best services, such as doorstep service, body paint, periodic maintenance service, alloy wheel polish, synthetic oil change services, car headlamp restoration, wheel alignment and balancing, engine cleaning, exterior beautification, paint protection, car tyre replacement services, germ kleen & AC disinfectant, many more at Hyundai car service centre in Delhi.

The customer representatives are polite and listen to the customer. And they try to complete and deliver the service as per the committed timeline.

The place is on a nondescript road finding it without a map is difficult. The place stinks, raw sewage water flows around. The services are tardy. Customers have to chase for service. Over all - think again.

Ok.but fleece tooo much of money for routine genl servicing of car like: service charges, labour, cleaning of routine items like brakes etc

I have had a very satisfying experience with Hans service centre especially with Mr Randeep. But recently, new people have been hired who are not very thorough professionally and there has been a significant dip in the services offered.

1. I was promised pick up by driver at 9 am but it was conveniently forgotten and finally the car pick up happened after 12 pm. Therefore the car reached service centre by 1: 30 and there was no way the service could have been completed and car returned to me the same day. Finally I was forced to leave my car overnight.

2. In addition to normal servicing, I had pointed out few defects eg wiper not working, continuous noise from left side, battery charging, etc.

3. Next day I received the car and wiper stopped working at the first trial. I had starting issues since the Battery was not charged. And for the noise I was told that its just a small defect, some chain and bolts have been tightened.so the noise will be very less. However, the ringing noise just increased in a matter of few days.

The most hilarious part is that Hans Hyundai service centre staff will call and tell you to give 10/10 rating whenever Hyundai customer calls to ask on the performance card of Hans Hyundai. UTTER NONSENSICAL WAY OF FUNCTIONING.

Thereafter, when I replied I won’t give more than a 6/10, I was just flooded with calls day and night. They have started spamming my phone with SMS and WhatsApp messages.

Overall, I am NEVER giving my car for servicing for Hans Huundai, Naraina ever again.
