Got humiliated us by calling us thrice and assuring us the price that we were getting from other dealer and stating give the better deal later on visit they left us unattended and false assurance again come we will give you tge price later no we cant really do not accept them calling you its just a fake call
I had a very very bad experience of getting my car serviced here. I asked for the basic car service without anything extra. But out of my expectations, the bill handed over to me was Rs 40,806 (forty thousand eight hundred and six rupees). Although I was informed about clutch plate and rod to be changed and that would cost around 15-16 k. My driver was told that few other things are also required to be changed. When the approximate bill for all the things was asked from the customer executive/agent, he failed to give the estimate value and without my approval the work was carried out. So please be careful all the people who are looking out to get their car serviced at Hans Hyndai, the basic car service can cost you an handsome amount, as the the staff is ready to make a mockery out of you.
Had a great experience with Mr. Bhushan. He offered excellent service in every way. The pick up and drop of my car was on time and my car was serviced very well at a nominal cost. My car came back to me in an excellent and perfect state. A big thanks to Bhushan who was a true professional and an excellent person. Would advise all to get their car serviced through Hans Hyundia and have a great experience like me.
I have bought a car 3 months back. There are multiple disfunctioning in it. I've been trying to explain it to the service managers, but no-one is ready to understand my concern.

Excellent experience at Hyundai showroom of Kirti Nagar. Great Staff, great attitude & they have a full fledged team of support staff to deliver a great experience. We had interaction with Inderpal and he had helped us with all the necessary details and solved our each query very patiently and kindly. The staff is super friendly.

Very Very poor service and non cooperative staff. It's been 2 months that I have been asking for my refund. I wish the rating scale was from 0 to 10 wherein I would have given 0. I don't want to rate even 1 star to these guys. I was supposed to get my car in last week of November 2021, which was delayed to December and further to March 2022.
We visited Hans Hyundai today. Their sales executive Deepak Oberoi helped us with briefing about the car, explaining all the features and pricing. He treated us really well. And is very knowledgeable and well trained about the product.

Delivered car was in good condition but services provided was not good. Have to go 7-8 times to showroom before purchasing the car. Sales man always give excuses for every small things. Informed about the price change only at the time of delivery.
Few suggestions: Facilities was good but proper training of staff is required.

Sales person are fine but servicing is pathetic, have to wait for 18-24 hours for servicing, that too when we are assured about service time of 8 hours by their executives!
We were looking for creta and the showroom executive misguided us and told us wrong specifications about the variants due to that we faced a lot of problems in deciding a suitable variant for us.
Bad experience, we got harassed by two sales person at the time of delivery they refuse to gave us same model creta (sx ivt) after seven months of waiting period. Both the salesperson was assuring us to gave us delivery on time with full confidence but when we ask Manager of showroom he was showing us no availability of same model till another 3 months which is not assured also. I request all the viewers to stay away from this show room.hart broken

My bad experience for Huns hyundai insurance department totally zero service before 15 days pay to renewal payment but not delivered policy til date. Im not visit next time huns hyundai, not renewal insurance my car insurance and guys don't visit.
THIEVES AND FRAUDS! I brought a package for underbody coating and teflon when buying a new car, i was promised 5 year warranty with underbody coating, and that underbody will be done every 6 months, now after 1 year, they stopped doing the coating. They send my car back as it is, with only teflon (poorly done) and underbody NOTHING only done under the wheel arches, this is fraud. I got under the car to check else the service manager bhushan told me ‘ho gai sir sab’, 100% lier and fraud showroom. If this complaint isn’t resolved within next few days i will approach the law. Check photographs for proof.
