One of the worst travel agency. They are arrogent and abusive the travels person speaks as if we are his slaves and he is doing a favour on us by doing our transport. I will never suggest this travels to anyone and all the negative ratings here are true and I'm sure all the good ratings are fake as the reviewer has only rewied once.

One of the tourist named Florence waited for the bus for more than an hour however neither the contact number given to them worked nor anyone contacted them from the bus service. After a lot of frustration they took an Uber from Akshardham bus stop to Agra. Pathetic bus service. Not recommended at all.

Comfortable, arrived on time, very friendly and English speaking. The driver beeped the entire ride even more than is customary in India

There was a time when Hans travels was good but no more I booked a ticket for delhi to indore and driver were horrible more than a horrible bus was literally swinging and and and in the morning 200km before indore driver hit a new suv and suv owner make stop the bus and file a police complaint (bus was already 3 hour delayed) they were taking bus to the police station along with passenger's:) then they gonna call (indore head office) to send another bus so I left the bus in Ujjain and book a cab instead cause I can't my 4-5 hours

Worst staff talking very rude and disconnected the phone told me to cancel bus was 4 hrs late and give excuses on call telling me kya kar lega late ho h bus aur bataya bhi nhi kab Tak ayegi bus jhut bolkr 30 mins m ayegi 4 hrs laga diye ladkiya late night road par pareshan hokar baithi unse bhi batamizi se baat Kari.plz never book from this bus never ever ever travel in this bus

Helper biheveor not good. Evey time I fill bad.his comunication skill very bed. And your bus was very clean and best

Nice buses. Proper suspension, AC works well, does have small washroom for urinal only, seats are clean, gives blanket and pillows. Few lights and tv wasn't working though.

Pathetic service by the delhi operator very very very unhygienic bus though it was bharat benz air condition bus from delhi to Indore but the courier parcels were kept inside the bus instead of keeping on the top of the bus and the sleeper seat were full of dirt hair and the mattres were smelling of sweat, people were smoking and no one from the bus operator stopped this made the whole journey pathetic.i would suggest to opt for ashoka travel mandsaur group its is very very hygienic and all facilities are given at their best as i travelled in both i am able to tell you please don't go fron delhi to Indore with hans rather try ashoka travel mandsaur group bus from delhi to Indore.

Don’t ever travel in truck. They only deals in luggage in the name of bus service. No value of passengers. Worst staff behaviour of bus NL 07B 0543 delhi to ujjain Fake commitment. Delay dropping even not at your exact drop point will drop forcefully before 50-70 km before your destination. Worst bus service. This only luggage bus service no value for money and passengers. Delhi to indore, the incharge of delhi hans office was very bad, misbehaving and rude.he don’t even know how to talk to a girl, he was of my father’s age but i would have slapped him for his behaviour, he took extra 400 for my language.and asked his staff (topay bna do na de pesa to vha language fek dena).

For a parcel Delivery within Delhi.they charged 840₹ the parcel bill was 350 only. Cheating group. Be Cautious

Worst travel agency ever. Their driver ran away as soon they got the whole payment. They promised a ride from Jim Corbett to Delhi.but their driver left us at Rishikesh itself and we had to book another cab till Delhi.
The owner is a fraud, don't trust them for their big promises. This company as a whole is a fraud.

Their services are good and the quality of their motors are good. But their location and places are not comfortable at all.

Be aware before booking Hans Tour delhi.

I booked my ticket by Paytm for 16th Oct. 2021 from Rishikesh to Delhi, and got ticket from paytm with PNR no and full details, I called operator on provided no. To know the pick up location in Rishikesh, they told we will confirm u on journey day. On journey day on my call they asked me that they have no any ur booking. I really shocked, on my explanation they told me to ask to paytm.
Then on forcing them and showing ticket they arranged my seats in bus. But the pick up point is very far, I paid Rs. 500 to Auto, because it was near Haridwar boarder.
Many of the passengers were there and abusing the operators service.

We booked Innova to travel from Delhi Airport to Haridwar Patanjali. It's been disgusting journey ever. Driver is just not ready to cross 50 speed on highway saying the cars got trackers installed and its the rule of Hans Travels!
We were traveling with a physically challenged person and the journey is been too hectic and 8.5 hours long.

Have to book any parcel before 3PM if you to get delivery next day. Time waiting is their for booking, Freight charges are average as well as if you pick any parcel if any party send material to you and you will go to pick they will charge extra hidden cost from you.
