Not a WOW place for drinks and conversations. Just ok. Appropriate for school and college kids. Service needs improvement and food too. Ambience need makeover.

Food quality is pathetic, we ordered non -veg combo, and to our surprise it has only 2 non veg starters, rest 3 dishes were vegetarian.
Infact taste of food is also very bad

We were on the second floor. The band was setting up, testing the sound - even that was fun. Since, we were sitting near the speakers, I guess it was even better. The food is nice, draught beer is good, and the ambience is unparalleled for a rock music filled evening with friends.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory dining experience at Hard Rock Cafe in Delhi, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others about the issues I encountered. From the food quality to the service and management decisions, my visit to this establishment left much to be desired.

First and foremost, the quality of the steak I ordered was abysmal. It was completely dry and seemed to be made from expired meat. The taste was far from what one would expect from a reputable restaurant like Hard Rock Cafe. Such a glaring oversight in food preparation raises serious concerns about the hygiene and overall standards maintained in the kitchen.

To make matters worse, the portion sizes of the drinks were extremely disappointing. They were served in minuscule quantities, giving the impression that the establishment was more interested in cutting costs than in providing a satisfactory customer experience. The lack of attention to detail and generosity in this regard was disheartening, especially considering the premium prices charged by Hard Rock Cafe.

Another significant issue I encountered was the forced purchase of live band concert tickets. Not only were we coerced into buying tickets at the reception, but we were also informed that the concert would not start until two hours later. This tactic feels like a blatant attempt to maximize profits rather than catering to the needs and preferences of the diners. As a customer, I should have the freedom to enjoy my meal without being pressured into purchasing additional items or activities.

Overall, my visit to Hard Rock Cafe Delhi left me thoroughly disappointed. The poor quality of the steak, insufficient drink portions, and the manipulative sales tactics employed by the establishment made for an unpleasant experience. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and respect from a renowned brand like Hard Rock Cafe, and unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. I cannot recommend this particular branch to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience.

I visited this cafe on a Sunday afternoon around 12-1 for a brunch with my husband, sister and a toddler. As soon as we entered and ordered our drinks and food the electricity went off. Drinks were served. After 15-20 minutes, the waiter came and told us that food cannot be prepared as there’s no electricity. We sat there and waited for 30 min. They dont have a power back up. This was quite surprising.

2) my sister ordered a double decker beef burger. The beef cutlets looked great and tempting. She infact took out one patty to have it at the end and planned to eat the burger with another patty as it was double decker. This was utter disappointment that the patties didn’t have salt. The mince meet did not have salt mixed. Without salt imagine how food will taste. My sister just couldnt eat. She was pouring all the sauce we got to have the taste.

3) I ordered steak, they informed me it will be buff and I was cool with it. I told them for a ‘full done’ but waiter suggested me that full done meat will be very hard for me to cut and eat so medium or half done should be fine. So as per his suggestion i agreed for a medium done. When the served me, I couldn’t cut it was hard and then when my husband helped me in cutting it.wooahh I couldn’t chew. I was chewing one bite of meat for like 5-10 minutes. I asked the waiter to cook more and fully do it as the meat was raw and difficult to eat. He took my meal and got it back in 10 min and it was worse. We didn’t have a good experience. At the end, the bill had a service charge which i refused to pay after such an awful experience.
We spent like 4000 for 2 burgers, steak and 3 drinks. Thats all! And such a pathetic experience.

Loved the food and the expresso martini was amazing! We were a group of vegetarian and none vegetarian and they had the option of a jumbo combo which consisted of both options which was a delight! A must go cafe!

The ambience was electrifying snacks were awesome and got a chance to sing my fav song on stage too. One of most cherished moment of my life I would ever have.

Ughhhh, This place got such an amazing vibe, and the cocktails here is to die for Especially the signature one’s also the food quantity is quite good so order accordingly, And Must have is Mezze platter, So frikkkin good!?

A complete rip-off with unethical practices to get customers to pay extra. The staff was adamantly unwilling to offer seats during the concert despite promising at the reception. Seating is reserved only for a few VIPs, others are not promised despite booking in advance. Cheaper drinks are taken off the menu just after you place an order for them, drinks not served are also added to the bill and trickfully shots are offered at your table at exorbitant prices. Overall, a cheap experience. The only good thing was the band playing Pink Floyd.

Just 100 meters awat from Rajiv Chowk Metro Station, standing tall is the 3 storeyed building of Hard Rock Cafe at Janpath Connaught Place.

What an iconic place on another iconic location.

I went to attend a concert cover on Guns N Roses and AC DC. The crowd was amazing, the staff with their signature gig before the program lightened up the mood.

The real rock fans of delhi, majority were less than 35 years, saw cute kids to octogenarians sipping their classic cocktails to mocktails with the foot tapping music for the entire 2 hours of concert.

I went with a millennial, who was happy to order a bucket of beers and the signature onion rings, which was satisfactorily tasty.

The service of the team is amazing, so young team they are. ️️️️️

The menu is neatly priced, may be the Vat of Delhi might make the billing a bit hotter than expected, but do taste the classic cocktails and signature burgers, and I will be back again in short time.

No rock of any kind.only terrible Bollywood songs being played. Simply no point calling it Hard Rock Cafe. Food was ok if a little pricey. The mexze platter didn't have much meat or even pita as a sharing platter but the dips were generous and tasted amazing.

What's great? - This is the only real live music venue in all of Delhi NCR. The kind of shows they put up, the quality of artists they bring is unmatched anywhere else. Especially if you're a rock music fan in NCR, you HAVE to attend their live shows. I've been left spell bound every time, and I'll keep coming back.

What's not so good? - It's a venue for live music but it's not designed that way. There's very very less standing space with all the tables around. On top of it, they put tables right in front of the stage so usually no one can stand and watch the show in front of the band which is pretty unfortunate in a live music show. I understand they get more revenue from the tables but removing that one table in front of the stage will give so much space for the real music enthusiasts. Keep the other tables around but please please please make some more standing space on live gig nights. They're hospitable but their service at the bar on these nights is also awfully slow despite so many waiters. I think that can be made much more efficient.
I've never eaten anything here, so I don't know about the food. They do serve all kinds of alcohol. Beer's pretty expensive but hard Whiskey/Gin are more reasonable.

Overall, one of my favourite places in Delhi but lots of room for improvement in the experience.

I've never had the opportunity to visit Hard Rock Cafe, ever! Yes, ever! So, this was my absolutely first experience and here's what I noticed.

1. The ambience of this particular place (in Janpath) seemed really nice. I guess, the Rock theme that this brand has goes with the overall feel of such a place.

2. It is a huge place with multiple seating spaces and perfect if you go with a lot of your friends.

3. The choice of burgers & appetizers are aplenty. So, you're going to have a good time choosing between them. The servers definitely can help you in making an informed decision, based on your taste buds.

6. We ordered a vegetarian mezze platter (I believe, that's what it was called), and it was aplenty. With different choices like spring rolls, paneer, potatoes, etc, it was more than enough for 2 people, frankly.

7. The non-vegetarian that I ordered turned out to be a disappointment for me. The chicken (I forgot what it was called exactly) was way too sour for my liking and I couldn't eat more than 2 pieces. The outer layer was way too sour.

8. The drink that we ordered (a non-alcoholic one) was decent.

9. The best was the cheese-cake which was superb!

Overall, I feel, the prices are pretty steep but the price to value ratio of the place isn't really 100% worth it, quite frankly. If you love alcohol, then, maybe a place like this might make sense as they have an extremely varied choice in that regard, but for someone like me who doesn't drink, it was just another super expensive cafe experience.

Note: They also sell merchandise (t-shirts, etc.), incase you want to. I didn't check the prices of those though.

Great service by Mukesh he was very caring and attentive all the time it was great experience with Hard rock Cafe Delhi.

Staff and service is best here food is average. Drinks are below normal but I like the vibe. Sitting arrangement is also difficult for family feast.
Overall the experience was good.

Great ambiance and with an amazing crowd. Band performance was also really engaging. Although the band performance charge (Rs. 500 per person) levied was really not justified when food and drinks are already overpriced and not up to the mark.

Hard rock Cafe, it's really good place to have some cocktails and spicy side dishes and main course.

Mezza platter is very tasty and recommended this to new visitors too.

The place had a good vibe, and the ambience was really nice. The food was also great, the customer service was also good. Overall it's a good place to hang out with friends. Would recommend if in CP.

This is a very nice place to have food and party as the live band is there to entertain to you and the atmosphere becomes very charged. Food is average and service is ok but the environment is worth exploring.

We went there in the afternoon and it was Pleasing Ambience.quick service. Amazing food. Also the staff was very hospitable. Outstanding place to have food and enjoy a nice conversation (The music is at a reasonable volume) the food itself is awesome and the service is A+

A great place to visit for a quick bite and drinks. The ambience is relaxing and yet has a trendy feel to it. The food is not exceptional but the overall "Hard Rock" experience makes up for it. The prices are decent especially the happy hour which is very economical.

Being a vegetarian you can relish the delicacies, though not most of them are healthy like the Jumbo Combo Veg platter. The food is not exceptional but the overall experience makes this place a unique one

We hosted a after show party for our clients and it was amazing. The staff is amazing. The music, food and vibe reallyyy good!

The tables were not clean in India probably normal. Most of the beers on the menu were sold out. There was no white t-shirt in the shop.
