They are totally fraud people. It's like they are looting the customers taking advantage of the situation. Buses are in very bad condition, staff is very rude. Bus was delayed 8 hrs. Bus was replaced twice because of some issue in AC and electrical fault. And these people are not co- operative at all. It's like they are just to loot people as much as they can.
Never travel with these bus operators.

Such an awful experience with them, specifically the bus number T8889. Travelling for 10 hours straight, from Delhi to Jammu, they didn't stop on the way for food or using the restroom. Having started at 12 midnight (when the start time was 10: 50 p.m.) almost half the bus requested the conductors and the driver to make a stop for relieving themselves between 6 and 7 (as they weren't allowing the passengers to use the toilet in the bus), the requests fell on deaf ears. And when the bus did finally stop at 8, one of the conductors started an argument and became downright abusive about making the bus stop.

They have no sense of the fact that they are offering services to passengers. They spoke to everyone on the bus in an unacceptable way as if the passengers are a nuisance and not the source of their income.

They are scammers just don't book any bus services from them. They tried to loot money from my brother's around 15k and tried to lie infront of police. Though we got the refund but few people were still hoping to get into bus and these guys were constantly lying to them

It’s very good service bus driver and 1 service boy it’s very good behaviour and friendly i am very happy for this bus

Worst travel agency, never trust this agency, they don’t even have their own buses, took 1600 for a 1000 rupees seat, just their to make money by cheating and exploiting people

They're real cheaters. They have bonding with auto drivers, who took the travellers directly to them. They charge unexpected high charges from them

Cheating peoples. Charging 800 per seat and making people sit 4 people into sleeper couch and if someone ask for a proper seat they simply said to go and talk at to the person who booked your seat and left the bus. The ticket checking is done after 4 to 5 km from the place of booking

Most currupt agency. Cheating innocent travellers. Asked me to wait for 30 min for a bus to Chandigarh and made me wait for 4 hour. And than asked for extra money to send me in cab, as they actually had no bus.
No waiting area provided.
If there was option to fir negative rating, I would have done so.

Worst travel agency. We boarded from Delhi to Chandigarh, they changed staff in mid way and they dropped us Ambala not in Chandigarh and refused to arrange the travel till Chandigarh.

Here comes the worst part, the mobile number mentioned on the ticket was switched off when i tried to call the travel agency.

Cheaters. Run by street goons. Not for family at all. Only labours are recommended. State transport is better.

Such a worst experience it's kinda subjimandi even in covid they are allowing extreme crowd even more than normal. There travel agency is full of brokers who talk such rubbish with passengers. My worst experience in travel.

Big liars. Had to wai 7 hours before they started the taxi.never book a taxi from them. Cheaters and liars. Wasted our time and money.
