I wish i could give zero star. I purchased an A/C and i have been chasing them for installation. All they do is pass on the numbers of some dept where everytime you call it will be busy. IT IS NOT CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY TO CHASE YOU FOR INSTALLATION.

I will strongly recommend to purchase from somewhere else as the price difference is same elsewhere but the SERVICE AFTER SALES IS FAR BETTER FOR OTHER PLAYERS IN THE MARKET.

I WISH I WOULD HAVE NOT TRIED HARI OM AND WENT WITH THE OTHER DEALER WITH WHOM I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT IN THE PAST

They have courteous staff, They give good prices and I vouch for their after sales service.

I recently buyed AC from hariom electronic and the AC is not cooling and so many problems I am facing. Many time I called them and complained about my problems and they said we will visit in two to three days but now 18 days passed and nobody visited. There aren't taking any responsibility.

I have been there customer from last 10 years and they never disaapointed me. Great staff, great prices & great service.

Not a good experience. Bought Samsung oven and had dent at the back. Sales guy arranged another oven and that too had a dent at the back on the black body. How many times am I supposed to return? Dents on new seal packed ovens? Not sure if this is company sending these dented products or showroom people who are specifically selling these minor defect products. Didnt have the time to keep on exchanging ovens, so I accepted the second one with a minor dent. We buy new products to be fully satisfied with a properly finished product. This is not at all acceptable to see dents in brand new packed products. Prices at Hariom are very low so it was a good buy.

Very polite attitude. Amar was very nice sales executive his way is also appreciable. Love to visit and affordable price.

At Hari om electronics my experience was great I am long time customer for hari om and specially Mahesh ji who sales Samsung phones its really great experience with him go for Samsung and go for Hari om electronics.

We had a pleasurable experience shopping with their executive Mr Dhruv, he was highly professional and got the best price for us.

Although the variety is good, the behaviour of staff is not decent. Witnessed an ugly fight amongst the staff members when I was there.

We purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator from here and Executive Sapna assissted very courteously let's see how the product goes
