Very unprofessional service. We had given them a case to investigate and report on the same. They asked for quite many details which was provided. There was no acknowledgement at all. Whenever we called back to check then only they responded with few more requirements of details. This cycle kept happening multiple times. After so many follow ups and reminders they shared a very weak report of the investigation. All the work that they did for nearly two months - they gave in a single sheet report with no details of what backend work they did. Very shallow work and highly unprofessional. When we highlighted all these gaps and said this is not to our expectation, they responded after a fortnight saying 'we shall come back with a report to your expectation very soon' which is yet to happen. Anyway they already received 50% payment so they have not come back even after so many months. They have no commitment to their work or the advance payment they received. Total waste of time and money.
I m so thankful to Mr Ajit Singh, who is through gentleman. Before him i went to other detective agency who cheated me of my money. Ajit singh is highly professional private detective.
