They share our personal information with illiterate call centre and toucher customer with fraud charges and documents. Even though we paid full amount they are trying to keep charging us and making fraud calls and abusive language. This is worst experience with a finance company. This should be reported. They use police and courts name to threaten customers which is purely illegal.

They are not co-operative. And trying to abuse with cx. If you are trying to explain something with him they don't listen you. And not coordinat with you.
I will suggest you please don't visit branch. Trying to visit another branch

The worst services don't ask to them for any load other wise they will make you frustrated their verification policy is you will have every day new terms and policy my suggestion to every one please don't take any services from here I am telling this as a human as they frustrated us for one month their employees are not professional and they don't value of your time their behavior is like they are working in parliament and we are baging to them even lot more things are there.totally unprofessional waste of time.

Hi Team,

To whom we should contact for wasting my 1 month time against personal loan. We applied for personal loan of 2 lakh in the month of august 2017 at Badarpur Branch as per the terms they took our all the documents like Salary slip, pan card, adhar card, electricity bill, gas connection one year bank statement, my home documents 7 blank cheque more then 50 signature on every documents. They personally came to my office and home for the verification more then 20 times. Every day they contact us for new documents and some new policies even the Branch Manager and the executive followed us more then 20 times. My all the documents were ok but your team member come out with the new policy at the time of reimbursements and last day they finally said we are not able to proceed further.

They torture us for 1 month. Their follow ups was totally frustrated do they don't know the value of time, are you people hiring a professional branch manager or what is it a way to serve your client for being a brand, the executive said to me at last we get every day client like you, the way your employees treated us and frustrated us I can't explain to you people. I will mail to all your group website and each and every one for on daily basis, I will put my reviews on every social media about your policy and how your employees make people frustrated they took more then 20 photos of mine and my wife are they giving us the loan or they wanted to make movie on crime based.

My personal lone account no. 1106263 & regarding fore closer my experience is very bad.i have paid 13 no.monthely instalment @ Rs. 5968/- per month agianst my loan of Rs. 200000/-. On dated 15-10-2016 i visted in youe karnal branch 7 Sec.karnal they tell us that fore closer charges @ 4% is applyed agianst your personal loan A/c no. 1106263.but at the time of taking loan i was confirm that after six month there will be no fore closer chages on your personal loan.please wave off my fore closer charges on my PL A/c no. 1106263. For this kind act i shell be very thankfull to you
