Worst experience. Went there for updating aadhar, totally unprofessional behaviour. There are empty seats inside still making queue on the stairs and people are suffering in heat. After all Bank manager has instructed to do so.
Mentally disabled staff not willing to work specially madhu.who sits on clerk seat Manager has his own retardation saving his staff who says light nai h server down hai can't work. 1 hour line mein lagne ke Baad bhi same issue.
They intentionally say that aadhar system is down so that they don't have a crowd for non banking customers. Going to shift my account away from HDFC post this behavior.
I went to get my aadhar update there. As expected they are slow way too much slow. I had my appointment at 12 but I had to stand till 2. Then again I waited for 45 minutes bcz their system were slow. Although my update took 10 minutes only. Carry your appointment receipt and other document mentioned. Management sucks Although people try hard to manage but because of system being slow all of them and us suffer. Half of the appointment applicants left bcz it was taking so long. And till I was there in these 3 hours only 5 people including me could get their work done. Although Naseem the guy working at computer is helpful. You can go there without appointment too but they won't attend you until appointment applicants are done. It is on the main road visible from katwaria sarai bus stand. Parking can be a pain. You can park your vehicle near Sankrit vidyapeeth or Meteor hospital then walk back to this bank. My opinion try some other center this one sucks
