HDFC Bank

I had open a corporate salary account for my brother. It's been more then one and half month but account is not operational. Bank called multiple time for KYC and we have done KYC at bank but still it's not active.we have Provided all the document and still after this account is not fully operational.

I am HDFC customer since more then 5 years and had account at other branch, but never bother this much. This branch is terrible.

I was needed 10k urgently at 8 pm on 31 jan.but my debit card stopped working same time.then firmly i withdraw 500 rs from credit card.now they hv charged me 590 rs extra over 500.insanity.does this makes any sense? Bank somehow somewhere wil definitely charge something which sounds illogical. 10% 20%is ohk.but can u believe i hv paid 1090 rs for 500 rs withdrawal in 4 days.this is really irritated.in this irritation m definitely going to close my hdfc account in 2 3 days

I submitted required document for an address change and there is no update even after two weeks.

I was told that it will be updated in four business days.

Disappointed. Just visited today afternoon to make a Demand Draft, even it was not a busy hour I was completely ignored felt like an unwanted guest. I was standing in front of the staff, but not only he asked why am there also he replied me after a while for my query! Meanwhile he kept replying to some other people who may have frequently visiting and his colleagues. After he handed me the draft I said " thank you" but he didn't even look at me! I am a customer of hdfc bank since 5 years and I am very happy for the staff in the branch in my City Aluva never felt anything bad.

Had Nidhi assigned as a Relationship Manager who looked after all the paperwork required for NRI saving accounts and Demat accounts
