Worst experience in a private bank. Waiter for more than half hour to withdraw money. Single person at counter, incompetent, counting money 10times, cash counting machine faulty.bank Manager sleeping, other staff ignoring customers. Painful experience. Shame HDFC

I believe this is a fake HDFC bank, all staff behaves like road chhaf gunda. We should report to police about this branch

Worst behaviour of the Guard has no Manners at all with Anger issues Its a total waste to visit this Bank located in GTB Nagar.

One of the worst staff ever, not a cooperative bank at all. Cashier is always in his attitude. Worst bank branch, they don’t even listen to their customer.

Less than 3rd class bank I ever dealt with. Opened a bank account & their staff forcefully convinced me to do long term investment almost for 8 - 10 years. I denied many times still in order to activate my account, they took signature of mine on a bundle of papers & stated that in order to activated debit card I have to sign additional docs. While signature I caught one of their employee & found they lied to me for the same. I tried to meet their lady branch manager but she didn't meet me & stated that she is not well. Guys, please don't open your bank account ever with HDFC bank, otram lane, delhi. They will not give you full cash if amount is in lakhs because they always say that we have shortage of cash, go to some other branch. Pathetic services I have ever seen with HDFC.
