I am not at all satisfied with work of this bank. My work is very small and has been pending for 3 months. No one in this bank picks up the phone or resolves your problem quickly. If you have any problem then it will remain pending. I am not satisfied and happy with this bank behavior. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.
I had to write this that I am trying to get in touch with this bank but number you have provided is basically not worth for me as I am living outside of India. Tried international contact but couldn't get in touch. Can you do something for this. Thanks
Never things get sorted at this branch, staff behave worst than govt organization, no enthusiasm, No skills, no professionalism, no manner it's a big NO for any banking purpose. I never write review untill I don't reach to that certain point where I just explode. I made almost 20+ visit in my life span to this branch but from last 2 years you guys been trouble maker instead of solution. Never visiting you again.
Complaint about Lousy Staff and Delayed Transaction at HDFC
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at HDFC RK Puram Branch on [9th January 2023/ Monday ]. Despite visiting the branch in person, my transaction was delayed due to the incompetence and unprofessionalism of your staff. My Wire Transaction is still pending as of today.
I was assisted by Mr. M****h S***h, who not only lacked knowledge about the process, but also displayed a careless attitude towards my request. Furthermore, this staff member's behavior was unhelpful, causing me a lot of inconvenience and stress as my wire transaction has been delayed for a week and my personal account may further be closed for no transaction / wire transfer within said period of time.
I was made to wait for a week and had to follow up multiple times to complete my transaction. The staff member was not able to resolve my issue on time.
I am extremely disappointed by this experience and expect a prompt, professional and sincere response from your team regarding this matter. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that such incompetence and unprofessionalism is not tolerated in the future.
I understand that the staff member may have taken a day off but that is no excuse for the way my transaction has been delayed for a week. As per the HDFC SoP, a wire transfer should not take more than twenty minutes. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times.
I look forward and would also appreciate a response from you regarding this matter and hope that you will take appropriate action to rectify this situation.
Its just i went there to beg. I went for opening salary account n seriously no one's willing to help. Go there, go there, go there that's all i get. Finally open through online.
I went to that branch to open my saving account, approx 3 week later my account opened in greater kailash branch, i wanted rk puram branch also visited that to open my account on that branch, then my relationship manager mislead me and excused many times about details, her name is surbhi chopra, to get my kit with debit card in wrong address 2 times, though i told her proper Adress, after three week later of my account opened date, i still not recieved my kit, Now now i am tired of it and want to close my account permanently because of delay, Wrong detail, and poor service and i would not p recommend anyone to open thier account in that branch.
Worst customer service specially receptionist lady call SWATI, instead of listening to customers problem, she even tty to sell me credit card, pathetic My ATM card was stuck in one of their atm handle by this branch, they told to write application an so on, time waist n careless bank. If the ATM has an issue for multiple days, why do they keep function without stopping the ATM? very irritating, feeling regret opening my account with this bank
The both of cashier given wrong information as they said that the bank rules has been changed of transfer of the same bank it will first send the cheque the head office than cheque.
I have lose my order due to delay of payment (The beneficiary also have account in HDFC)
