What is the passbook issuance process?
If any customer wants new passbook of HDFC, how can he gets? If passbook will be issue from any branch of HDFC if bank account belongs from any other branch?
Please suggest.

Customer service and Staff behaviour was not up to marks.
Ambience was not cleaned.
Bank should improve here services.

All facilities is good. Staff behaviour is very nice, specialy for check deposit counter. Thanks HDFC to providing best service.

Due to change in my workflow. This time I have very bad experience with executive of the bank. I don't want to blam whole branch staff but I want to explain the my situation.
First time I have interaction with Ankit khotari working in trade n forex dept of around 4 minutes @ 10: 30. Since my remittance was pending since one week I asked how much time it will take to settle it then he replied " you have allready spent my 3 minutes if you drop the call then I will see it" then I asked him convenient time to talk he has responded me that he will call call back in 30 minutes. I have waited for one hour then I call him because I need to settle it urgently. I has called him twice and both time he told that he was in a meeting. Finally around 2 pm (cut-off date to settle is @ 2 pm) i called him again and manage to have conversation with him. During the 2nd conversation he told me that if he can't process the remittance then it will be idea and no one is going to see it.with theses conversation you can imagin how much he is full packed with arrogance.
Have not supported at all. I strongly recommend anyone for this bank.
