HDFC Bank

I have redirected my credit card at this branch as my address was not updated and it's nearest brach from my home. When I checked my status on blue dirt site it was showing that courier was refused by staff. Really bad experience. Number which is available on Google is non of use.
Surely will close CC permanently as services from HDFC are getting rediculas than SBI. Unable to attach screenshot image here.

While mailing on given mail ID it showing receipent address rejected. Don't know who is replying on behalf of HDFC and providing fake mail ID as it's showing message blocked.

Worst experience I have ever had in HDFC. I don't know if this branch is for real or not. I think I should share this on Twitter too. I have an old Bank account which is blocked due to KYC and I taken this branch's help to get it done.

1. First there are no seats that if some old person is with me can sit.
2. Staff just shared a link with me and left everything on me to fill by Myself.it's ok untill some technical word appears. Teller was just like 'bharo to sahi'.
3. They promised me for 48 hours but today it has been more than 120 hours of the request. Still pending.
4. Each person visiting in this branch was upset.

Lastly I got the good experience when bank staff member at least provided me the personal number to call for any help required. In fact she tried to help me again when it was not done within specific time. Here comes the Bank glitch which is trying to Call me third time to the nearest branch. For the same work which is now pending from last 1 month. Looking just like a wow (sarcasm)

Pathetic service. They took 1 hour to 4 customer. And if you ask for feedback form then they will not provide any feedback form

A lady named sonu khan called me for interview said that it will be a normal interview.no money will be asked from you.but when i reached her office first thing that i saw office looks like a fraud office.staff members are ridiculous, no manners how to talk with employees, people abusing each other there.a lady who taking my interview didn't ask me about my qualifications.she directly saying give me 2400 as an extra deposit it's compulsory and if you don't then borrow from others now.harassing nature.
I suggest you all guys don't go there

There one ledy working her I'd number V16747 she is working as relationship manager she is number one froud honey trapping if anyone meet them care fully she already cheated me they share person account number also

The cash deposit machines are always out of service I went 3-4 times in case of emergency and the guard always says that the machine is not working. Didn't expect this from a reputed bank like HDFC

Visited twice the branch but services are sub standard.
If you ask exchange of currency denomination of different notes they will give you torn notes
They waste your time a lot
Untrained staff keep looking each other's faces for a simple query
Messed up looking branch!

Pathetic experience. I visited this branch 3 times just to update my email. The lady Niharika confirmed all the times that email is updated but still I am not getting an emails from the bank nor I can get access to hdfc mobile app. I wonder what this bank wants me to do to update my email.

Today i visit at Uttam nagar HDFC branch, branch manager behaviour is very bad, she told me I look your face i think u r not maintain your savings account, How she judge me with my face? I complane share on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, and I am no recommend to any person open or an account in hdfc bank and Uttam nagar branch.

Appalling services, rude remarks, incomplete information provided and even after a written complaint to both the Mr. Puri no change at all. Got an instant debit card recently and even though it was promised to be activated within 24 hours, it has been 4 days now and there is no card associated with my account. Even after following the instructions from the CCE nothing worked. I have a patient at attend and need cash but with an obsolete plastic card not sure if it would be of any help.
