The branch behave like a Sarkari bank, they did not have opened a Sukanya Samridhi account without opening a saving account of child, also they have said that there is INR 5000/- maintaining charges too for child account.
Although, my RM said its not mandatory of opening a saving account for opening a SS account.
Also, that is not mandate in Govt. Banks.
I waited for 2,3 hours at the branch, but account has not opened for the same reason.

Very very rude behavior. Worst staff. Highly irresponsible. It's been almost one month I have opened an account still I didn't get my kit. Don't ever open an account. Very poor services in HDFC new rohtak road branch.

Bank and services are good but account minimum balance is too much than Govt Banks.
