HDFC Bank

HDFC Bank agents mislead the customer while giving loan. After the loan is approved, they tell you about the hidden conditions, be careful of them.

Please don't open Acc.in HDFC and even don't use their credit card. This is worst bank and unfair practise.

No wonder why they have lots of 1-star ratings, the customer experience is pathetic, and the relationship manager is of no use they only call to sell the policies not to help you. And the worst part is their loan department, they do not know anything about basic processes I wonder how they get jobs. I have paid the interest amount and penalty due to the bank's mistake.

Worst branch of hdfc they are working as a fungus on the name of hdfc bank goodwill they have 8 counter but only 2 are active

Pathetic customer service, to attend more than 35 customer there is only 1 customer service executive available at the counter, more over for taking the token there is a que for one hour waiting, branch manager is comfortably sitting in the office, all the customers are complaining but there is no to listen to us. This review is for laon department hdfc bank janak puri.

If there would be option I would have given zero star rating, pathetic customer service i cane here for taking noc for loan it took 3 hours, very poor customer service only 2 people are there to attend to customer queries.

All staff behave like a mad…they don’t know how to deal with customers…outside guard is behave like a mad…I request branch manager take a action on the employees…

It is one of the worst branches of HDFC bank sector, loan department Manger is of no use, I am really surprised by the answers of staff and kind of attitude towards customer after waiting for 2 hours and no solution from staff and Manager.

I got my solution and help from HDFC Khandsha, Sector 37, Gurugram Branch, staff really helped me with solution.

This branch is just sitting with zero soultions and help towards loyal customer, why would anybody be interested in showing up towards HDFC, you will lose you customer due to such pathetic employees working here.

Disgust with the staff of this particular branch.

Avoid Banking with HDFC and most importantly with this particular branch they have bunch of ignorant employees who don’t care about customers requirements and time.useless service. Someone higher up should do random check and balances of what they do all day.

I will suggest better avoid this branch.there is other 2 branch in janakpuri you can visit.but not this branch.there nobody want to listen you.they are very busy between themselves. I have the worst experience, I have ever after visited many privet and govt sector bank
