Do not try to open a bank account here. Your money will be blocked for a long time.
Their manager, Mr. Lalit, told me that he'll open my accounts in 4 days. My money is debited from my account 5 days ago still they haven't opened the account.

Poor banking service of this branch.
Mr. Lalit (employee) committed me to open an HUF saving account in 3-4 working days.
It has been over 13 days, the account is still not opened. Mr. Lalit is shameless enough not to answer and cut my calls.
Will be closing all the accounts from this bank.

I need to open an account so went to hdfc bank at rohini Sector 8 on 30th july 2021. Then i was told to come next day. And next day was told that new kit is not available come on 1st August. It has been more than 8 days and account is not yet open. Now they are saying the kit will come on 9th August. Hope my account will finally open after 11 days of continuous going to the bank.

Worst HDFC branch or any bank branch I would say. I visited this branch twice for opening a corporate bank account. They always gave vague reasons for not opening the account - seemed not interested.
The worst reason they gave was that "they don't have the welcome kit". Being fed up, I visited the Pushpanjali Enclave branch and they completed the process in 10 mins with so ease.
Beware! This branch is worse than SBI. No professionalism.

Unprofessional staff (Mr. Satender Kumar).
Submitted account opening form 15 days back. Still the account is not opened. Poor service and lies from this employee.

Chasing HDFC Sector-8 Rohini Branch from 22nd November, 2019 on FAST TAG and till date neither the card activated nor the funds return by Bank.
HOPELESS and PATHETIC SERVICE
Moreover reply received from Bank showing the email address not working.
We believe an immediate action should be taken care instead of again receiving mail from bank for requiring more seven days.
