Had a bad experience in the branch. Found the staff to be overconfident and not helpful towards user queries.

Horrible experience.the staffs are highly unprofessional, know nothing about their banking facility and services still behave like know everything and forcefully prove u wrong, highly ignorant about issues, overconfident about giving wrong information. Before you visit the branch make sure about selfhelp because they wont help you anyway. All they can do is to mislead you. Its high time HDFC must recruit knowledgeable and well educated and well trained candidates and must must terminate those type of ineligible staffs. Those type of staffs are not only making banking complicated for customers and harassing them but also damaging the reputation of hdfc. So, instead of replying fakely in review area, foucus on your bank staffs and environment.

Worst experienced. Counter no-2 is not able to help accordingly they had wasted my time.
