Cash deposit and cash withdrawal is the most important part of any bank.and this bank has no employee to attend its customers regarding the same. The counter was vacant.and no was willing to attend the customers…. There was a long queue of people who wanted to exchange there 2000₹ notes and deposit the same. Person in charge was MR. Rahul Kumar (customer care executive) who was absent at the moment. Such scenarios are usually observed in government banks not in private banks. HDFC has started taking its customers for granted.
