The worse service in the world. Mr. Ashok who claims to be a manager of collection department does not know what he is talking about, he have a script to say: i have etiquettes to not answer why your cibil is dropped, i have etiquettes to not answer why your account is not closed, i have etiquettes to not to answer why we are asking money again and again when you have already paid and requested to close the account and our employee did not closed it all though he have promised to do so on the recorded call.he is a joker created by his manager to talk on his behalf.
I have a credit card settlement issue which I want to close and get the NDC. So far there has been no assistance provided by either customer care or the concerned employee. Kindly assist in getting this resolved.
I have been trying to contact HDFC Bank C block Vikaspuri where I have my account. Nobody is responding to my request, telephone banking is not helpful at all. I need to contact some Bank personal on urgent basis as I am 80 year old with broken leg and cannot move or visit the branch. Can someone please help as I need to withdraw money from FD.
Wrost staff, poor customer service I ever had by any bank, they took my 1.5 hrs to help me on my problem actually if I say they used to wait me unnecessary with no reason and at the end they told me sorry we can't provide you resolution at this time. I was surprised by their behavior because it was not looking like hdfc bank staff. Poor services and will never recommend this specific branch to anyone.
Poor customer service. Non cooperative staff. I went to report about misuse /suspicious transactions and request for CDF form as guided by their customers care helpline. Despite the fact that neither card is stolen or lost, they wanted me to lodge an FIR which was contrary to what I was told. I once again rechecked on their helpline and was informed that FIR is not mandatory. They were quite reluctant to share the card holder dispute form
I have payed 143800 in my Hdfc credit card through settlement after all payments done but now they are saying that you have not paid 17000, but my first payment was 17000, they are not concider this payment in settlement. Very bad service. I have mailed hdfc customer service department also but their is no response from him. Hdfc is the worst bank.
I can see majority of the reviews are extremely negative. The day will arrive when will go down the drain. I have seen their worst customer service. It's only in rarest of cases that customers visit the bank physically these days, but they are taken for granted. They are disrespected and made to stand in queue for a long time unnecessarily. I have payed 63000 in my credit card but now they are saying that you have to pay your hdfc credit card payment to kotak Mahindra bank. And they are also not refunding my money. Very bad service. I have mailed Aditya Puri (CEO) of hdfc also but their is no response from him. Hdfc is the worst bank.
