There's a commercial building on main road in Munirka where on the ground floor one find two sides where this HDFC Home loan work is processed. On the right side the administrative staff sits who decide loan applications and other side it is disbursement.

Worst branch experience.never take loan from this branch
They always fool people.

Rahul upadhyay worst sale executive of this branch.
He always make white, never hesitate to make promises which he can't make.
I advice from all that stay away from this branch, if not possible then stay away from this sales executive.

My loan is in process from many days and totally shocked with processing. There is a big question on working of Sales Executive (Akhilesh Kumar). Why he was not picking customer call or not responding on whatsapp? Did he want to communicate DSA agent only. I can clearly see that he was creating plot to achieve something. Finally got loan status after visiting branch Noida 62 and registering complaint on HDFC portal. Now I am expecting to get disbursement in this week.

There should be an option for zero star too, Pathetic and awful service by HDFC munirka, My sister was there to collect her house documents & experienced the same what's stated by previous customers. Yet i don't think their voice is heard by HDFC. Unprofessional attitude, not addressing customers in timely manner, avoid resolutions, no value for customers time, zero hospitality etc. Staff behaviour is another shocking incident, guess they are hired to talk this way. Well, overall due this negligence; HDFC may end up seeing one of the staffs beaten up by someone.

Would have given -10 if it is possible, don't know what is there TAT to provide original documents.
They mentioned that original documents will be hand over after 14 days.
In this digital era they are taking 14 days to provide original documents and for pre payment or part payment you need to visit munirka branch.
Our public sector banks are far better than these private ones.

Hdfc home loan division at Munirka is one the complete solution for home loan booking, application, sanction to prepayment part payment to the closure of loan. Reception to staff and service delivered with the highest efficiency and promptly. One should have given full marks for the way handled my query and expected task. One of the most reputed financial and home loan business corporate in India.

HDFC is a real cheat. They denied giving me property documents of My seller because water bill is due. Bank Loan is completely paid. I showed the latest receipt electricity and water bill but no help now I need NOC from the Service company which now does not operate, and operations are transferred to Municipality

Sorry for this 1 star, since I do not have option to provide 0 star. Most third class services provided by HDFC Home loan offices. Even they don’t offer a glass of water also. Customer will feel that HDFC is doing a great favour to them, but customers are not valuable. You will be looted for almost everything, starting from forceful PRE EMI to simple interest on every prepayment and even if you need your own Foreclosure (FC) or list of documents (LOD) letter, you will be charged for that. I do not recommend anyone to approach HDFC for home loan, rather try from Nationalised banks or LIC housing finance. Let them first understand the value of customer and act accordingly.

We have applied our housing Loan form Hdfc munirka branch Bank File no 652680938, they rejected our housing loan after six months and kept our paper for around four months, Took around 7000rs processing fee and not given loan and rejected.
They took so long to process our Loan we have to bear 14000 Interest penalty.
There is no response till now form bank.
There our deferring form Mr Karan gulati and Jaideep and Swati sbhrawal. This type of fraud banks makes huge amount of money. Please return our processing fee

There is no management and moreover staff is not at all professional.
Receptionist do provide a token number but that token has no value and no meaning. As reference works above token here in this branch.
It is my helplessness that I need to visit this pathetic place.
HDFC management really needs to work hard to improve management here at Munirka branch

Extremely good experience with HDFC Bank, quick loan, responsive representatives. Munirka branch is excellent one. Very fast, helping and knowledgeable staff. Although I was really late then my scheduled appointment (due to heavy rain in Delhi), still bank staff listen and helped me. I got my property document within 15-20 minutes.
Thank you HDFC.

PS: Just one small issue - parking is a serious concern around Munirka branch.

Scam in the name of Housing Loan. Bank refused to give loan after paying all processing fee. It took four months to verify the bank statements. Which they have from starting.

Both customers and staff (Manning customer service counters) sitting idle busy on mobile phones.
. No urgency shown towards customer query redressal. Counter number does not move. Expect 3 hour wait time even though they have 20 counters.

For no ryme or reason, I was asked to drive down 40kms to meet their sanction team. This could have been done in branch near my home. But they make loan sanction process so painful for customers that customer feels like walking away from the bank. And then they wonder how to increase business.

Very worst experience when I apply mortgage loan in you bank. I am located in Chennai tamilnadu. Applyed mortgage loan Hdfc agent collected all loan details, proof and I paid Rs 7500 processing fee at last movement at time of MOD Hdfc had rejected my loan. People not intimated anything they took one month and rejected with out any reason very disappointed. Second thing I want you inform is I have already taken loan for the same property in Hdfc and loan got closed and I am an salary employee in MNC company. Your bank had cheated me Hdfc chennai branch Tamilnadu

Nicely organised setup. Staffs are supportive and courteous. Promptly respond to queries. Nice ambience and good comfort. Only challenge is parking of guest vehicles.

The staff is courteous and helpful. They are really professional too as they helped me immensely during my loan takeover.
Best way to reach Capital court building is by metro. Nearest metro station is munirka, exit by gate number 3.

Worst of the worst service from HDFC. After sanction of the Loan, they are taking so much time and no one is responding the exact reason for the delay. The mode of communication is mostly online and they keep playing ping pong among themselves keeping the customer helpless.

Bank realy sucks you, they do't have any rule and regulations, when they want they open and close the bank least bother about customer.

They create rule and surprise you when you visit them. No credibility and even staff do't know when bank is open when it's closed.

After apporval loan.following for disbursement amount more than 20 day no one responsible for answering. Mr. Devender in munirka branch is unprofessional personal and not doing his job as per job profile. Need to change mr. Devender to make best and faster service bank in number 1 in all banks

Complaint against HDFC Home Loan Representative (Mr Jitesh Rathore – Creating problem in release of documents – List of Documents & Foreclosure Letter)

(I visited HDFC Home Loan at Munirka Office on 7 March 2017 around 0945 hrs and met with Mr Jitesh Rathore, during our interaction, he demonstrated unprofessional attitude and make false statements on behalf of HDFC Home Loans.

He said that release of above stated documents could not be provided before 15 to 20 working days. Whereas, I quoted that these information are easy accessible to him on his desktop and could give details instantly. Whereas, he said following:
1. Lots of holidays are upcoming (Holi)
2. We are not working on Weekends
3. Your request will be sent to Mumbai Office and will take atleast 15 days to receive any response
4. We cannot help, even if you have an emergency situation (I told him that I need to submit funds to builder, as i have received possession letter having last date of submission on 31 March 2017.5. You can roam around and approach anyone; we could not do anything in this regard.

Beside all these fake statements, i still had believe on HDFC, therefore, i contacted my counterpart Mr Deepak in Lodhi Colony Office and find out the facts; whereas, he quoted that these documents could be given to any customer 1 or maximum in 3 days.

I really feel frustrated that how could anyone spoiled the image of HDFC by make these fake statements rather excuses.
