HDFC Home Loans - NEW DELHI (VIKAS PURI)

Extremely unhappy with the way Vikaspuri HDFC branch handlled my home loan case and denined to disburse the loan just because i am switiching my job however my wife who is a government employee is also the coapplicant and getting handsome salary to pay the emis of this loan. Even some executives asks money also to get your loand sanctioned. Sadly to say it was horrific experience this time from this branch. I would reccomend to go elsewhere if you are getting good ROI and no PF for your loan.

Disgusting loan agency.they are very smart quick when they have to disburse the loan but they are very weird when the customer requests for a reduction in the rate of interest they keep on
telling you lies and even they don't respond to any of your mails and they don't even respond when you visit the place personelly. They tell you to call up their landline number which to which they never respond

Pathetic and rude staff at Vikaspuri, rather not tame a loan if if you are thinking of taking it from HDFc. I need to close my loan but the staff and receptionist there thinks that we are beggars. Worst worst bank.

Worst. No respect for customers time. They will keep you waiting. No option to prepay online and you have to wait 2 hrs each time.

This is one of the worst branch and bank loan department. I am not able to contact them. They are worst than government banks. I am stuck with pre emi deduction case. They are not helping at all.

It is the best HDFC loan branch. Loan has been sanctioned within few days. Fullfill commitments. Very polite staff. Everything is available online. I had to visit only once to disbursement of loan.

Very unprofessional. Visited branch in OCT requesting for photocopy of home documents. Rs 590 charged however documents not received till date. Nobody picking up landline.

Staff is very coporative, they listen to u with calmly and solve ur problem related to home loan query.

If you will go there for fresh loan then it Ok other wise they will keep you waiting. OK kind of treatment with existing customers. Bad part is that they don't take prepayment on Saturday.
