I have visited the branch a couple of times and my experience has been good. There is a token system and generally queries are answered here. It might take sometime in the procedure for loan disbursement but other services were quick.
Worst is a mild word for the services provided by this branch. SBI is thousands time better than them. All the garbage staff is collected from all over is collected and dumped in Dwarka sector 11 branch.
Worst bank branch we have ever visited. They were asking for original passport just to verify my dob, which can also be easily verified by Pan card. Illogical and unprofessional staff. Not recommended at all.
Very poor service, for issue of token no internet, no one picks call, reached to office and called in front of desk, call not picked, you are at their mercy, and they call them best in customer service.
Trying to approach for last two days. Changed the entrance and no notice on old entrance. Day one lost. Today kept standing for one and half hr on stairs. No fan. Came back without any success. Shall try tomorrow also. Challenging job for us. Senior citizen tough job. Want to part prepay. God help me.

Terrible services, No one respond especially Branch Manager, No one respond to email or phone calls. They don’t have any ETA for anything, everything takes hell lot of time except increasing Interest rate. Highly Unprofessional.
