No one in office to attend till 11 in morning though branch opening time is 9: 30 reason they give that employees stay till 9 at night that's why they come late. Location is correct it's near police station and back side of deep market. ULIP closure is long process take atleast 2 hours in hand to come and process. Carry cancel cheque, pan aadhar and ulip documents. I acknowledge that Ms. Neetu was very kind speaking and made it a smooth process but overall will suggest that branch should have strict timing as customers should not wait for long.
