Good insurance company. Site has very small customer care seating and more of office staff sitting and venue for traing agents

Very pathetic functioning. For a minute query, one has to wait for hours. Govt banks and insurance/ policy offices are functioning better these days than these people.

Entrance through stairs to office is very filthy. However, officers and staff at GDFC Life are very helpful and supportive.
