Most unhelpful, useless, unprofessional organization. They can not even correct mistakes by their unqualified staff.

Water should be served in small sealed bottles to customers. Water should not be given in plastic reusable hard glasses.this is not hygienic method.

I have 3 times visit in Ishwar Nagar Office at 2nd Floor But office is closed.and I have wait from 9.30 to 10 oclcok But no body came.and not update in your website.website say office Open till 2 PM. Pls.reply

Payment period of my policy is over & I need funds and want to surrender my policy no. 16882471. I have emailed no of times since 06.08.20 & submitted the required documents online. But no acknowledgement & no progress. In view of covid 19, they are not giving any service. I am 70 yrs old. At least they should open any one office in delhi for at least 4 hrs to attend people like me. Advice where should I go.

Why don't you mark your offices in Delhi as temporary closed? This place is closed due to corona. Only hdfc life office in Faridabad, Gurugram and Ghaziabad are open

Your offices in south delhi and in Noida is not working there is notice that connect customer care. There is a mail chain with HDFC service and what i believe you have one of the worst teams on this planet earth.first i received mail that send documents and your server bounce back mails as it heavy with all attachments required then submit cancelled cheaque as it is not visible then send self attested PAN now received mail that we are unable to open your documents send in PDF.registered a complaint in phone banking again no response.my request number is HDFCSL=006-384-802.
