Have taken my 5 month old retriever for two grooms at HUFT Chattarpur and service has been great both times. The groomers are patient, gentle and efficient with my anxious little girl and leave her squeaky clean. Would recommend to fellow pet parents!
Dorro my dog is a bit hyper ; however we got his hair trimming and Paws zero cut done. Themayo was excellent in her approach and handled Dorro with aplomb. She was well assisted by Mashungam and Joshua. Keep up the good work!

HUFT undoubtedly has the best range of pet products available in India. Even more important is the fact that their staff are highly competent, pet friendly and sensitive to individual requirements. Really good experience everytime I visit, but as a cat parent I find shelf space of cats very limited. It is very dog focussed. Which I guess is the result of demand. Having said that cat food and supplies are always well stocked and readily available. Home delivery service and whatsapp service are also very good. The team follows up regularly.
The staff at this store are the sweetest most helpful people. They're loving with animals, communicative and make the effort to get you whatever you need (even if it's not in stock at that outlet). They've organized same day delivery whenever it was possible and you can tell they genuinely care. Also, it's much easier to chat with them than an automated system! Highly recommend going here if you have any pet needs.
The chattarpur store was very well equipped and the store keepers were extra warm and helpful. Vikas went out of his way to get the right size of bed which he had to get from the ware house. Hari krishan was kind enough to take the trouble to get it delivered to my door step and Shweta suggested the right product for my indie which I think she will love. Amazing customer support. Ordered Gift of Joy Diwali pack for my pet. Received a few missing items in the box; I contacted them and they were quite quick with the resolution. I am taking jeenie my shihtzu here from a while, almost 3 years and I have always been so happy with their services, specially the grooming manager and groomers- Khanmung, Chihansing and Chingringam- they are so kind to her, tidy her well, take care of all my requirements and make sure jeenie’s come back healthy and happy. If you’re really possessive about your pet’s grooming and need people you can trust blindly, definitely go here. Also, jeenie has long hair and HUFT is probably the only salon that can groom her well and make sure she is happy INR he process.
Been going there for our Shih Tzu’s spa & grooming since 1 year and the experience has been great. Everything is according to you and the people there are very polite. They do a very good job. One can also get all the essential supplies and accessories.

Staff there is always nice nd helpful. I had some work in another store on the same road, so I was there post my shopping at HUT.
I received a message around 630pm from HUT.which informed that I was over charged for two products.the Resource at the Store her name is Pre.she apologized and said that she added the same in the credit of my phone. I should have checked before payment however I am Highly moved nd thank God that we still have people like Pre.the amount was small however the act was very Big.and definitely restores our belief in humanity

HUFT Chattarpur Store is an excellent store for pets with great service from everyone. SPA is therapeutic for dogs and their manager Shweta is an incredible incharge who takes care of all our needs. A must visit for every pet parent.

Also ended up getting a bow and treats courtesy of their beloved Sara’s Birthday Month! ️ This place is a heavenly doggy Spa that provides the love, care and relaxation your furry baby deserves B team for making this lovely experience happen for my lovely Grace!

I have always taken my dog here who is very reactive, but this time these guys weren’t able to handle my dog even a bit and said that the dog is very aggressive and they couldn’t give him a bath. My dog gets very reactive and noisy during the bath and blow dry but they always bathed him nicely. But this time they put zero effort in trying to bathe the dog. I think the staff has changed. And these guys aren’t professionals, felt like they were tired working all day and wanted to go back home, they had no voluntary behaviour for the task, i had to do everything to try to bathe him, putting the muzzle on my dog, they didn’t even try to put a bit of effort in handling my dog or try to give him a bath, I myself had to tie my dog to their table and then had to put my dog into the bathing area which used to be done by their guys earlier. And what i was really shocked to see that people who are not experienced in handling dogs were trying to handle my dog who’s a bit reactive in nature.

I order from the Chattarpur store every month via Whatsapp. Each time, my experience has been so solid! They are extremely prompt, go above and beyond to make Whatsapp ordering convenient and easy, do a fab job of timely delivery. It's a store that I can 100% rely on to get the right goodies for my dogs. Deeply appreciate how incredible their service is:)

Coming to Heads Up For Tails twice a month for a spa is definitely a field trip that Gucci looks forward to, and I don’t think we’ve had a single bad experience for the past three years that we’ve been customers. Definitely would recommend, not only the spa but also the store.
HUFT is THE place to go for all your baby's (pets') needs, the staff is so caring and qualified and all the supplies are of great quality. My all time favourite are the spas (with massages) that are available in limited stores, so much care and love is showered on the pets and they all come out smiling Don't hesitate, go for it, you and your pet will love it.
It's a nice store located in Chattarpur. The spa services are very nice for pets, I took my bruno there and the lady Pre was very helpful with everything.its a great experience
I adopted a beautiful Lhasa Apso, his name is Coco. I took Coco to this beautiful store located at Chattarpur. I had to say that I haven't seen such huge variety of products for pets, I ended up purchasing a few cute products for my small baby.
Affable staff, fantastic service! Pre and her team understand the client requirements and take very good care of your pet while grooming and washing. I always take my doggo to HUFT Spa and no other place has satisfied me the way this one has. Very professional, hygienic and best in class.
Our dog is difficult to groom due to his anxiety, and this is the only place we’ve found that manages to groom him properly without using sedation. We come all the way from Agra; that’s how good they are. We trust them completely and they do a terrific job. Very professional, friendly, and high quality service. And the place is sparkling clean to boot.

Please don't purchase anything from there website. They have a poor customer service and will send you wrong item and will take a month to process refund. I've bought almost everything from them for my dog. Bed, jacket, yak bone, anti-bacterial spray, bowls, toys, leash and collar. Products are on expensive side but definitely the best anyone can offer. If you want there product get it from Amazon even if you have to pay extra but there site is just a scam.
A must visit place for dog lovers and owners to give your four legged friend a treat. They allow dogs to go about freely in the store which has plethora of food, treats and toys. And of course don't go without a spa for your pet.
Great products, be it for bathing, treats, beds anything. You name it they have it. Just one issue that it's expensive. If the prices were reasonable then it will be best
