Very bad service and staff behavior very bad many times doctor make XSEORY report fail why

This place is a big fraud fraud, first reception if i say pathatic, untrained, and they are there for salary, second doctors (physical examination) they think they are gods and final decisiom makers on oir health and threaten people to unfit there certificate and forcefully ask to withdraw slot and book another slot to just consume money, they even gave me wrong payment date in customer slip, and also they didnt give report handy and chest xray they told i have some ubnormal issues in chest, i went to another big hospital for test and found i.am good, dont visit here book another medical center

Hefco Medicare & Reserch service is very good.
Specially staff Sonia and Versa is very coprative and help full.

Guys please avoide medical checkup with Hefco.very poor service unprofessional staff. X Ray machine not working properly.but foult is yours and you lost your hard money.

Great experience at HEFCO MEDICAL CENTRE. The staff working there is very professional and cooperative. They are giving result as actual. They are having good seating facility, availability of drinking water and Centralized AC is working good. The center is very neat and clean. Excellent Service

Starting from the front desk till all the levels really helpful and professional staff.

Azam at the front desk handles all your queries and concerns easily and specifically to mention no time taken by the team to respond. The doctor at the physical test section helps to resolve the issues (if possible) to have a positive fitness report.

Overall a good experience. However, I did have my heart in mouth till the time I got my report.

Absolutely nice service cleaning and perfect place.covid precautions are followed. Neat and Clean area.comfertable chairs and seating are available. Experience and expert staff are hired by mohd asif habib (director) this madicare center.docter sheeraz arshi is very cooperative.i am fully satisfied this madical center and very good facility provided. Rate is very normal. Staffs are too helpful and professinol it really awesome.please visit once!

Really bad expericinace here and all staff is to round and i asked for report they don't provide me and they told me that you will not get report here and they charge me extra 2000 rupees and they didn't given any slip for that and i requested to reception staff kindly provide my medical certificate to that I can go for check up another place but after that they also not provide and don't know how he is certifitied

Those who are planning for their GMCA medical examination at HEFCO Medicare, pls don't trust rumours. Here, I am sharing my experience with HEFCO Medicare Delhi. I visited there nd guys believe me all staffs are quite professional and supportive. Especially, front desk executive Varsha Ma'am is quite supportive nd professional. She was answering every query raised by candidates nd addressing the same in every aspect she can.
It was a very good experience there. At last, eat healthy to get Fit Report.

There are very poor doctors and staff, except Muslims, everyone else is deliberately made unfit here.

This one star is also given in compulsion because there was no option less than this.

Very Bad Service as Always. They give unfit reports too much and they will tell them for LFT repeat. Very bad staff seating in the reception.

Very Rude Staff She (Cashier) Was Busy in His Phone After Too much Time She Called Me For Payments

I don't know how they get certified when they have no proper setup for eye checkup. X-ray machine is also in bad condition. They called me two times that XRay didn't capture properly and then rejected in xray. I have tested in other center and I got clean chit. They usually fails people purposely and asked to visit any professional without giving report. How the professional doctor give medications without see reports. They are running scam.

Good & Supportive Staff but Security Gaurd was Very Rude illiterate didn’t know how to treat people nicely. Need to change the Security Gaurd as soon as possible.

We have gone here as we are planning to go to gulf. This is one of the worst medical centers. No parking, staff is quite rude to people. There is no token system. We ended up waiting for more than 6 hours. The place is very stinky and stuffy with lot of people. No social distancing whatsoever.

Never going back to this place.

Very good and supporting staff. Doctors are extremely supportive. One of the best institutions I have ever been. Only genuine results. I would recommend to give it a go.

Not all but some staff seems unprofessional. About Gamca they provide actual reports, before attempting the medical prepare yourself at least a week prior by avoid drinking, eating unhealthy outside foods drink juice and eat gud amount of fruits. Gud luck
