Excellent Shop With excellent service.
There are thousands of variants watches to choose from.

It's a good store but some sales people don't guide well. Infact they are so engrossed in their processes that they don't guide the client well. I had a bad experience with no fault of my own. I purchased a watch and after payment, the glass was seen to be broken. The sales person who was taking care of me, left the situation and I was left to deal on my own. Not all sales guys are bad, but please be aware on ur own. Don't expect customer delight as it used to be in the past.

My experience in Helios was best and I would rate high with the hospitality of their staffs specially Manoj ji

The store is really good. Collection is top notch. Mr. Deepender helped me alot in finalizing the watch and showed me good options.

Good collection of watches for all age groups and for all purposes at a reasonable price. The staff is nicely behaved and helpful. The ambiance is good. The location is of course an added advantage as other showrooms are nearby.

My experience at Helios was awesome. I got the best watch fr myself from Michael Kors, the Sales person Depender Singh was too humble and throughout assisted me in selecting the best watch

Nice experience. Due to space constraint all the products especially the smart watches are not displayed in the gallery, one need to ask for the same.

The most basic process of operating a store is Assortment of items as per SKU ID which is being done in much poor manner. Not expected from a store operating under TATA Umbrella.

Congratulate Helios for having excellent staff, especially Mr. Depender whose commitment and excellent knowledge of the working of Fossil Android Watch helped me in resetting my watch. Kudos to Mr. Depender, keep up the good work:)

Third class customer service I visited here today for repair watch of my senior who has already submitted for repair 3 watches.
Titan executive are in so much hurry and not hand over all 3 watch which has been repaired.
I was bounded to go and collect that watch in second time of visit.

I had purchased a Seiko Prospecs watch from the Helios Connought Place, Delhi store on January 25,2021.
It was presented as the premium range of Seiko' s Divers watches with professional specifications for quality.
I observed that the watch was loosing time 5-10 minutes a week. The watch was returned to the store with a complaint on April 3rd after confirming the total lack of accuracy.
Over 3 months, there has been no word from the store. Automated replies on WhatsApp chat reflect the poorest standards of customer service!

I had a good experience here at the store. The staff is very cordeal. I was attended by dhani and I had a good time. She is polite and had an answer for all my queries

I was attended by Mr. Shavez Saifi and he was very patient and courteous with me looking around the store and helped me select the perfect watch for myself. Good collection available here.

It was a nice store, Lots and lots of option with different brands, Likely all famous brands are available. Salesperson Neha was a really good help. She will show you all of the products with good gesture. Worth Visiting.

I would like to thanks Mr. Rishi Prakash from Titan Corporate office for Replacement of Defective Tommy Hilfiger watch twice.
I purchased the Triple dial watch (Tommy Hilfiger) in 2018 September from Karol Bagh Helios CP.
From day 1 the piece was defective with malfunctioning in date as well as day dial to match with Timing. I gave for the repair to Karol Bagh helios with in a month of purchase but again service Engineer claimed it's running perfectly.

The problem remain persistent for 1 year and after 1 year I raised the issue to Mr. Rishi Prakash and replacement was offered to me via CP Helios. Again I faced the same issue and it was observed that entire batch of Tommy Hilfiger that model had issue so again replacement was given to me in the form of voucher. So finally I purchased the Titan brand.
Here only inconvenience I faced was that I was unable to buy Casio watch from that voucher.

All in all thanks to Mr. Rishi Prakash for understanding the problem and doing unbiased and correct decision.

I bought my 4th watch from this store and as usual they delivered it with excellent service. Watches are genuine and collection is good.

I would specailly like to write a review for Mr. Satyam Singh at the CP branch. I had ordered fitbit from the fit bit website but when i did not get any despatch details, i spoke to Mr. Satyam Singh and being at the Helios store, he went out of his way to help me. He even called up the fit bit customer care and helped and told me that the order would take long to come as it is shipped from China.

It was with his help and timely guidance that i decided to cancel the order. He is a very responsive and a helpful person.

After cancelling the order and placing the order at Helios within a couple of hours the order was processed and ready to be delivered.

My experience at Helios CP has been wonderful and would definitely recommend it to evevrbody.and when you go there the person to contact is Mr. Satyam Singh. Infact i have already told him my next order of Ace 2 for my son.
