It was a pleasant experience in Hyundai. We bought an automatic Santro. The Salesperson Mrs. Neelam Chaudhary was very affable and helpedus to fulfill all the formalities without any hassle. Overall experience was quite satisfactory.
The Service given by Mr Varun Chauhan was exceptionally good. During lockdown, I didn't wish to come to Showroom due to Covid. He not only helped me in buying the right car. He also helped me in completing the finance formalities digitally. Hope to buy my new i20 soon after lockdown opens. Cheers!

I was visited more than 20 showrooms before I visited Hemkund Hyundai Wazirpur and I met her there, she gave me all the information and provides the vehicle on the commitment day, I never saw such a professionalism and level of commitment before. It's Huindai car show room which displays almost all the current car models and SUV'S of this company. The staff is very courteous and full of enthusiasm to attend to the customers. It took me just five minutes to book my car here. Strongly recommended for buying the Huindai models at ease while sipping the coffee.
Fake commitment by sales person. Dont Book car from Hemkund Motors because firstly sales person insist for booking and once you booked, if due to some reason u want to cancel the booking. Showroom charge u a lot. I have booked on 29th December 2020 at the time of booking No one told to me about cancle charges. After that i informed to sale person Sandeep, I am getting some problems with loan so please refund my booking amount. He told me send me a request letter and it will take at least 15 days. I said ok and i send as same on 5th Jan. After that sales person not accept my calls and once i connect with showroom for refund then they told me about cancle charge. So dear buyers thing again before booking from HEMKUND HYUNDAI. STILL I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND AMOUNT.
THE STAFF WAS RUDE. YESTERDAY I VISIT THERE IN THE EVENING THEY DID NOT ATTEND ME PROPERLY THE SALES PERSON WAS BUSY ON THE PHONE DIDN'T ASK TO SIT OR EVEN FOR WATER. HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT IT TOO WHEN WE COMPLAINED THAT YOU HAVEN NOT CLEAR IS THE THING HE SAID ITS OK BUY FROM OTHER DEALER
My experience at Hemkund Hyundai Wazirpur New Delhi was very good, I went there for my car service & the quality of work as well as the co operation of staff was quite good. Keep it high!
They don't have many models in display including Verna. Staff does not attend you properly and keeps on saying that this car has this much waiting. Salesman also suddenly disappears and comes back only after called by reception.
Worst staff behaviour once they sell the car Worst service I purchased car 7 months ago and till date i already faced several problems both in service and product.they sold me repaired product, Rc not registered till date, staff is unexpectedly illustrate and no sense to talk
Worst dealer if you are thinking to buy a car from this dealer. They have the worst after sales customer support. As I have purchased a new car in Nov 2019 and there was a excess payment taken and then they were supposed to refund the same amount. But the cheque which they have given me in refund was in Dec 19 end and it got bounced due to insufficient fund and again the cheque which they have issued to me on 14 Jan 2020 was having a wrong account Number printed.so you can understand the level of there staff and service.
I have been through here that's a nice place. Good and generous employees who likes to take tea much from near local shop. Nice and quit stylish building with awesome outer look. Awesome affordable cars and their servicing at appropriate cost
Quite bad experience here with poor quality advisors and support staff, bad attitude with least customer care, overshooting committed timelines and overcharging, staff handling grievances not accessible
Pathetic services when compared to other Hyundai dealerships in town. In washing the car they stole one of my floor mat and in second Washing they got the car washed with ignition switched on and fuel was much less than given before washing. Awful experience
Salesmans were rude, I stood their for half hour till one salesman approached me, if you are opting to sell your own car they quote a very low price, i am sure other agencies would determine price higher than them
First thing first.this hyundai showroom and workshop has one of the biggest space available their! Whole lots if attending staff are available all the time, normally they entertain nicely. Workshop (service center) is also their in same compound and they can attend lots if vehicle at a time as the area is quite big. Location is very clear as it is situated on main Ring road. Waiting area is also available in their workshop.
I just bought my elite i20 from here and also have my first car service from this showroom. The experience was excellent. They did it in just 2 hrs and it's very impressive thing for a customer. So over all i will suggest everyone if they want to buy a new car from hyundai so go with them you will never get disappointed.
Worst dealer to deal with. I need a copy of invoice to pay tax. It's been a month of following up. There is no response. The staffs are very rude to talk to.
