Great experience with Hemraj jain hospital. Dr. Tarun Jain is incredible. My mother was suffering from tuberculosis, he has taken care of her health. Each and everything was informed to us. Not only the treatment but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Hospital is well managed. There is proper cleaning in rooms and washrooms timely. Staff is also friendly. Food, that was provided by the hospital to my mother was also good and healthy. Dr.is very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues. I am glad to choose this hospital and highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor.

My mother recently got laparoscopic cholecystectomy done at hemraj hain hospital. It was an exceptionally great experience here with Dr. Tarun Jain. Not only he is comptent but also he is very generous with his patients. He makes sure that the patients are at ease under his observation. He made things simpler. He was just a call way in case of any assistance required. In today’s world, where we encounter lot of greedy hospitals and doctors who care about only money, this hospital genuinely cares about their patients. I’d recommend it anyone visiting here you’re going at the best hospital in town.
Worst staff, uncleaned hospital, don't give attention to patients, doesn't properly clean rooms, doesn't provide any help for patients care, nursing staf is worst of worst i recommend not to come to this hospital

Neat and clean hospital. All major facilities. Peaceful surroundings and ample parking space. Big respite for patients as well as their attendants. Overall hospital scores 5 out of 5.

BEWARE OF THE HEMRAJ JAIN HOSPITAL LIFE's WORST EXPERINCE
If you love your nears and dears, never ever admit your patient to the Hemtaj Jain hospital as they are unprofessional and brutal in handling the critical patients. They might have experience in handling maternity cases but they are so greedy as they would admit any patients suffering with any disease and do the experiments with life of the patients without having any such specialisation in the subject.
Recently, my mother was down with the dierrea and got admitted to Hemraj. On very second day, her pulse rate was shooted above ~160 per minute (might be side effect of some medicine). They treated my mother without the having any specialisation in Cardiology and make the case worst. I requested them to align the specialist but first two days, they ignored completely and did their own experiments. By the times, damages were irreversible. She is still fighting to survive.
Things became more irritating after having doctors' experience when they became reluctant to share the patient's medical record and if you forced them to share, they share with half heartedly. If you tell them that you want second opinion, they would bust.
Facilites at the hospital are almost NILL. My mother, at very critical stage, was send to another place for ECO. Portable, Xray machin was not working. My mother had to move to the Xray room at critical stage. Ultrasound and in-house blood testing facility are not available. Another lab collects the blood sample and you have to wait for a day for the report which might be too late for the critical patients.
On the top, inspite of having nursing female staff, my mother was handled by male staff at home visit since they do not have any Internal policy to send female staff at the patients' home. It's down the dignity of patient.
Cherry on the cake, they billed me almost double the room tarrif with compare to whatever they have displyed on Rate Board at reception area which is absolutely illegal act.
I pray to the Almighty, to grace them with some humanity and professionalism and recall them the noble cause of the medical profession which they might have forgotten.
Visited for my vaccination on 27th July. Very good experience. It’s located at a peaceful place, staff is courteous, careful and caring, the whole process was completed without stress. Kudos!

One of the oldest hospitals of Janakpuri area. Highly professional team of doctors and support staff. Never ask for unnecessary tests. Half of your illness goes by just speaking to the doctors. All queries of patients are answered with utmost politeness and they always explain the prognosis and diagnosis to you. I would highly recommend this hospital.
