Worst company for the loan. Least bother about customers. All is done all paid. Foreclosure done, documents done. Still no update more than a month is gone

Worst company to take loan i have to forclose my loan i have paid principle amount since 25 days but they are not responding now n my emi is also deducted n every just say call tomorrow but no 1 is trying to resolve my issue, worst company to take loan i want to give -10 stars ro this company

Pathetic Customer care. If your EMI is delayed due to any reason they will talk to you so rudely like you have no respect. You can not see your loan status as their APP does not work properly.

Worst company, incooperative staff. Always keeps us hanging and do not cooperate in any situation. Highly unprofessional and worst customer service

Its the worst nbfc to deal with half of there time there servers are down and most of the people cannot even tell you your accounts statement i think the management needs to work out how they will sort there internal issue

Worst experince, i forclosed my loan even after they deduct my emi and not refunded.its been 1.5 month even customare care contact number always busy and sometimes switchoff how can a customer care contact can be swithched off.very bed service hero fincorp no customer support.
