My splendor bike emi final but not respons employees

Not one answering my calls can't find my loan details on any app. Not even from registered mobile number even not from application I'd I want to foreclose my loan they didn't response.

The worst agency for taking loan. Would like to give a 0star, if the option had been given. We had applied for the foreclosure of our loan way back in July and till date it has not been done. The entire amount has been paid and has reflected in their account, still we are being charged with the emi.

Very bad staff not at all cooperative and change the terms during sanction also doesnt decrease my ROI during Covid when govt reduce the ROI and now govt has increased so they are increasing my ROI continuously.i am not happy with their service at all.not at all recommended

Wrost loan agency. Do not take any loan from hero. They have goons for threating customer. If you pay your loan your loan is closed but goons threating you.

I have taken a loan from Paytm and partner is hero fincop now I want to submit the loan closure DD. There is now information available on the fincorp portal or Paytm app. I reside in Noida any suggestion what I need to do. Kindly share your contact details for sharing the details

Sir i get loan from hero fincorp at my car now my loan is closed i clear all my dues but after all these They deduct emi from my account i contact many time via mail or call centre or WhatsApp but after all this there is nothing happens pls slove my query.

Herofincorp scammed me, they said that the sanction loan amount is 768148 and i got only 332218 in my account and and i have paid 6 emis of 21047 and after when I don’t get my whole sanction money, i stop paying my emis and now they are sending me the legal notice to pay whole amount which I didn’t even get in my account like seriously, first they scam you then they will pretend that you are culprit, no customer care is replying me, i have send hundreds of mail, i have personally visited they branch, in there office people will send here and there no help from there, they will give you date after date, in notice they will say we will file a crimal case on you, then to after the whole mistake is from there hand, im feeling mentally harassed, pressured

I had bought a two vehicle from hero fin corp financier even after completing my all monthly emi this company has taken extra 4985 from me

I applied for the home loan. And it is in process from 2 months. Legal team is still working on papers and they deducted the EMI of Rs 42k from account already. We pay emi against the loan only, and it is not cleared and we didnt get any cheque from Hero finance so for what you people deducted the EMI. I need my money back else i jave to sue Hero Finance

Fruad institutions. They appoint goons as employee as their EMI collectors. I am suffering from fruadalant activities by their agent in assam. They don't have a office to operate in regions. Thier employee are changed in months and new collection team take forward the fraud activities.
After repeated complain and raising issues via email no action are taken against fruad employees. Reserve Bank of india should take appropriate action against them.

Very bad service I suggest to all don't finance any loan this compony otherwise very critical conditions you are facing

World's worst service by this fraud by Hero fincorp my loan end in aug 2020 but noc not given after 100+ times trying till now

Verry bad customer phone service and email service. Both services not working properly. Phone cal always busy and email service not reply properly.they always take bounce charge after giving all proof of transaction.

I was cleared my bank loan on my bike 1 month ago and I didn't got my NOC and there is no contact number to conversation.

The service is worst and customer care always busy.app is for no use they makes much of hidden charges. I suggest to never be a customer of Hero finCorp.

Only one person sitting for customer support, You need to take off from your busy schedule for an assistance of about 15 minutes due to long queue.
