They have no time to talk or parts not available for xtream bike, even fuel tank pipe not available

My experience was really terrible as I had to explain the problem so many times and their representative was not in mood to listen the issue which I was facing in my two wheeler. At the end, I had to get the bike sorted outside of service center.

P. S - In service center, they asked me to wait for atleast 3 hours and my bike was repaired within 10 mins by outside mechanical person.

No customer satisfaction, lady on technical floor is so rude don't know how to talk with customers, once you paid for service then no value for your time they can call you whenever they have time for your vehicle repair.very pathetic service got from service centre after paid 32000/- for bike (splendor ismart 110cc) repair 26700/- only for engine repair.after paid next day found sound from the engine and they said its natural it comes, after 2 months its sound like aeroplane is started.when you go for repair they will say come after appointment and when you will take appointment they will give you your bike on general timing normally takes 5hours.is it joke? How they can take 5 hours after appointment.every hero service centre found pathetic service.don't buy a hero bike.

There is no free service for new bike. Only free labour. And service centre staff behaviour is also very bad.

Paisa lootmaal. They tell u less price but at last they charge u more. Beaware. Baahar se servicing karao Paisa bachao.

• Weekly Off - Saturday
• Do not come here without pre-booking. If you come at 10am without pre or I can say advance booking, your bike will be delivered approximately 5.30 to 6.30pm whereas in Advance Booking you will be given your bike back till 1 to 2pm.
• For Advance booking, you can do booking through Hero App available on Play Store

• Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) Facility is also available here.
• Staff behaviour is almost 85% very good.
• Service Reminder Calls are also there.
• After Service they also calls you to ask whether there is any problem in your bike/scooty or not.
• No water wastage policy. So they do not wash your bike from water.
• You can also Redeem your Hero Good Life Card Points.
• Joy Ride Card Facility is also available.
• Nitrogen Filling facility also there.

Personal Advice
Keep an eye on everything. Specially on your bike. Because if some work is left undone by mechanic, you must tell them that do this also.
Here, Staff Coordination is not good. They sometimes blame/shout on each other for not doing proper work of the customers bike. So, that's why keep an eye on your bike, do not trust blindly on service centre people.

Wrost experience about there.
Nothing good even there is no chair for waiting till they prepare for your bike.
Service quality is just okey.
But the do not wash bike.
They promised to dry wash of bike but nither the do dry nor wet wash.
The charges of service is so high that of the price of parts.
The service charge is also two times of price of parts.

Very slow service canter I came at 2°clock in the afternoon he did not complete service yet 6°clock in the evening & manager gave me last time of service 5: 30°clock in written now 6: 30°clock still he did not do service

Excellent Service. General Manager (Mr. Ramesh) provides individual attention to customer and provides solution to every problem promptly. Staff is cooperative to the customer. Staff is dedicated towards the work. Appreciate if they provide pick and drop facility.

It's so bad conditions no better service it's management is very poor. I am not satisfied.

Servicing is good but took more than 50 minutes for billing either due to staff shortage or server down

OK place but very bad service by hero parts are heavily price and staff is pathetic very slow arguing with each other not a good service station but no option for Mayapuri nearby people

They don't have spare parts for most of the time. Manager is so clever in making excuses. Staff is not friendly. Worst part is they remain closed on Saturday (weekend). Most of the office going persons think there vehicles to be repaired on any weekend as it is convenient but these illiterate people will not entertain you on Saturday.

Do not go here for bike service. They took extra charges for new bike servicing. Very bad experience here. I will not suggest anyone to go here. Very bad.

Better than go in khanna or any other near by you. They do make fool people as people take new bike they do not see 200 rs. They agree to pay 200 for washing, while washing will be done in 50 outside there.

Very poor services m not getting proper satisfaction from your services, I have same problem since I take this bike from your showroom, but no solution, I think u guys need to wake up night is over now
