Hi Jarvis

Had worst experience with Hi jarvis. I went for MacBook screen replacement at hi Jarvis, as I gave my MacBook for almost a week but still I was facing issues with the screen of MacBook so would highly recommend to not to choose Hi Jarvis for any of the MacBook related stuff. On top of it while talking to the people at hi Jarvis we settled upon refund policy but still it's almost a year since i went for the first time there and still I haven't got any refund from the department. They pick up call but always they have some or the other emergencies to delay the refund.
Strictly suggest you to never choose Hi Jarvis and please don't suggest any of your friends to go to some non professional guys for your expensive products. Stick to professionals only.

I was having an issue in my acer motherboard, I asked about my issue on acer service center and they tell me the cost in Rupees 3700 for repairing but Hi Jarvis charged only 2200 and they repaired my laptop in just few hours

Hi Jarvis shines because of its excellent customer service. They are super responsive and I found it really convenient to contact them via Whatsapp. Moreover, they offer pick-up and delivery services as well. The icing on the cake, of course, is their professionalism and quality of service. I had a Macbook Pro (charger port/logic board malfunction) and Windows system (upgrading to SSD and expansion of RAM) repaired and they're working flawlessly. It's a real pleasure dealing with them. Even though I hope I don't have to again, I know whom I'll contact when I next need help.:)

So, I've used their service twice. Once for my laptop's screen repair and once for a faulty battery in my sister's. They're very cooperative, give you a variety of options and go out of their way to help. The engineer was nice enough to come on a Sunday and was extremely polite. Great service!

HiJarvis is the most professional, reasonable and reliable service I have ever come across. They are very transparent in communications and their work. They are very good at diagnosing problem and then fixing it for a reasonable price. I loved the pickup and drop facility. From my experience, they are experts of computer hardware and definitely recommended.

I was almost impressed by their politeness on phone until they told me they would respond to my enquiry back in 2 mins. I reminded them after a hour and they said to hold on for a moment. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable staff. Only issue I had was that during reassembly of my laptop my wifi signal was weak due to not reattaching the wires properly, but they offered to fix it at my home again
