I didn’t even visit their store but I did contact them regarding some doubts and they were patient, helpful and responsive. Moreover, they even had some really great offers going on and were very forthcoming about it.

I finally ended up ordering lenses online (through Himalaya Opticals only) but the experience was so good that I felt compelled to leave a review and say thank you to the team! It seems to me that the brand really works on providing superior customer service.
