The worst bus company, I am not sure if they even have buses. My bus was booked for Manali from Delhi on 27th September 2023 8: 00pm, they called me at 7: 00pm saying that the bus is cancelled. I was going with a lot of luggage and now I am standing on the road crying. Their service is worst. Never use this please.

Never book Volvo bus with ktc. They cancel 1 hr before departure and their no was switched off all the time. They didnt even consider adjusting us with other bus. Pathetic experience. Never booking with them again.

Very good and punctual service for my recent trip from Manali to Delhi. Bus was pretty neat and clean.
But expensive than other options though.

Very very bad service. Operator and bus driver coordination is zero as a result passengers have to suffer. I recommend not to go for Himalayan nomad (KTC).

Very Good Service the Staff is Very Nice, the Bus Driver Drives the Bus very Well. The bus is equipped With Water bottle Blankets and charging Points.

Absolute incapable, ridiculous and arrogant staff… don’t know how to talk or behave. My 2 year old son fell sick in the bus and the staff charged 500 Rs. This was my 4th and easily the last time I was travelling with this operator.

Very very bad behavior of the supervisor Gaurav.
He sale my seat to someone and offer me back seat. Once I refuse to seated at back they told me leave the bus other wise I will thro you out.
He also told me do what ever you want.
This type of supervisor ktc bus service they have.

Expectation - Pick up @ 10.30PM Sec 43, Chandigarh
Reality - 3 times the pick up point was changed, final pick up point was known to auto driver only and finally after long wait the bus arrived at 1 o'clock.
If you have enough patience you may definitely book this bus. Pricing was good, seating is comfortable and bus was clean and tidy. I personally felt, Staff was good, when we over slept and missed our destination, one of the staff member guided us, how to reach there. Only thing the Org must work on is bus timing.

There driver didn't have a sense how to talk.
All they need is money.
Even if you forget something at there office,
There driver need commission to bring your belonging back!
CHEAP.

Dont booking volvo throw this operater they are cheater and not pick up the phone on time and sell your ticeket on high profit.

As the rating and review says all truth, that is why I gave this Volvo the rating it deserves. The staffs of this Volvo is pathetic and they stop the bus as per their own convince. They will provide you seat no of someone else as they want to sell your seats to others. They will not drop to ur destination on time and all you get is fake promise from this provider. Do not ever waste your time and money on these crooks as they will not answer your calls and even if they answer you will hear that they will call u back which is lie.

Never travel by this bus. It takes 4 hours to cover 75 km i.e. From kullu to Mandi. Staff is unprofessional. No guarantee of your reserved seat.

Never ever dare to travel with these guys. The service is very pathetic and they'll exploit you. We booked tickets from chd to manali and the return journey too.
Chandigarh to Manali
The bus departure timings were 10: 30. After several attempts to the customer helpline and listening to his same sentence "thodi der mein aa rhi hai" the bus came at 12: 00 am. The timings to reach manali was 6: 30 but we reached at 8: 45. The staff wasn't cooperative.
Manali to Chandigarh
The bus departure timing was 18: 30. We reached on time at private bus stand. We're unable to locate the bus at stand. So, we tried contacting the helpline no but we're shocked to hear that the bus left without us at 18: 00. The operator gave a vague excuse that your phone wasn't reachable. But all of our phones were working and we even received calls from even 14: 00. We asked them to adjust us on their next bus but they simply denied. No compensation or whatsoever was given.
I don't recommend their service to anyone. They don't have any respect for the customer's time.

Unprofessional driver. Delay due to jam in the hills was further accentuated by the driver in the night service bus on 23rd October from Manali to New Delhi. He was casual in approach and behaviour was not cordial. 8 a.m. Reaching schedule was dragged to 10-20 a.m. Arrival inspite of an hour jam in the hills.

Totally fake people, we booked the tickets and they are saying like our website is hacked and you have wrong PNR n all, Totally fake people specially the person neme as Manish he knows we have tickets as 21,22,23,24 but he wants to provide another ticket number so they shifted us on 1,2,3,4 because these only the cheapest seats and we provided full amount. Unprofessional staff and provided number in massage not picking up the call just interested in message chatting.

DO NOT BOOK IT. Even if it's the only bus. They are too bad. Bad quality of buses, drivers and conductors are rude as hell. No basic amenities, no accountability of others travelling with them. Shravan the helper guy on the bus says that we reach as per our own time. The bus I took was to reach Delhi at 6 am and at 1130 we are still not reached. When asked the helper the reason for delay. They said that there were 2 accidents. They lied right on our faces. To everyone. They drove so relaxed and do not even respond to the calls at the customer care. I have been calling them since morning. Few of my friends missed flights, meetings. They advertise something but do something completely different.my advise do not book this bus even if it's free

My friends were traveling to Delhi from Manali on 15th July, 2019. Ticket was booked by me for them. They were three girls and driver was so pathetic and rude. Doesn’t know how to speak with girls. He must have given bottles to his family members for washroom whenever they are traveling.
I’ve always been traveling and suggesting people for KTC bus service, coz I thought it’s Kullu’s bus and I won’t have any problem. But yesterday’s experience was horrible by this driver. Such sick, Bad manner, bakwas driver ever seen. He can stop anywhere he want and if customers gets nature call he can’t even stop for a while.

The staff is completely unprofessional. Enroute Manali to Delhi they stopped at least four times to load cargo material in the bus and wasting almost an hour.
Especially the driver was rude and he didn't wanted to understand.

Driver with Filthy Mouth. Doesn't have manner to talk and respect customer or women. Because of customer only you can run your bus service and you are misbehaving with customer. You are treating customer as you are making favor to them by providing the seats. But, actually customer is coming to see the places and using your source only, that's how you are running your business. You should know who is customer and its value.

The worst and pathetic service ever i have in this bus.specially the driver for bus no. 8800 and driver name was raju.he was damn rude and doesnt know how to talk.requested to stop for a while for nature call however he didnt bother to stop.he even started argue with the passenger

I booked a ticket for Mandi to Delhi. Reporting time was 8.30PM and departure time 8.45 on 12 May 2019. The bus left Mandi before 8.20. I had to make number of calls to helpline. Answer was rude as I made a mistake. After hours of talking, they suggested me to board in another bus. I was allotted back long seat. That bus dropped me near to my bus which was far away from mandi then. The driver in the bus was very rude and unprofessional. Even after paying 1500 in advance, I had to suffer humiliation. Since all my co-passengers thought that bus was delayed because of me, they also shouted at me. Driver behaved like gunda. Worst travel in my life in Himalayan nomad. Please employ who are little bit cultured than fully barbaric and nomadic!

Biggest cheaters.
They send sub standard quality bus in place of semi sleeper and then tell original bus is faulty and for repair.

Pathetic is not the word! The bus scheduled for 6.15 depature from Bhuntar arrived after 8 with no information of where the bus was till then.no one picked up the calls.waited at the bhuntar depot another hour and half to fill the few remaining seats.
The staff was laughing when asked about the delay and then began the rude replies. DO NOT EVER TRAVEL BY THIS PATHETIC SERVICE.

Pathetic driver named Raju as he was not ready to stop the bus for the nature call even after requesting two three times nor the driver had any manners how to talk to female passengers. Also he stopped at a random point to have tea without even informing the passengers that it is the hault point and he stopped at such a place where there was no washroom. Worst experience ever of my life.

Pathetic service provider! It's staffs behaves like they are Donald Trump having attitude height of Himalayan. I have travelled with them from delhi-manali-delhi. The driver was busy on mobile even on ghat roads. He was never bother that more than 40 lives were in his hand. They didn't provide blankets. No proper timing for arrival & departure. Never risk ur life with such stupid fellows.

Don't ever travel with Himalayan Nomad. They reschedule the bus without informing. The rescheduled bus arrive late. Their office don't pick calls. And no one takes responsibility. #redbus has no idea on their timings, simply sell the tickets.

There is no bus of Kasol-Delhi at 6: 30pm but they are accepting bookings for the same, Confirmed by a local travel agent.

Its 7th May bus took of at 5: 30 it broke after half hour, now it's 8: 30 and still it's not fixed. No bus in exchange is offered and all the passengers are exhausted due to the heat, there are even small kids onboard. The most sick part is when I asked the driver for a bottle of water, and he said you only get one, that was just a 10 Rs.bottle I was even willing to pay for, but he denied there no shop nearby. It's a shame on the part on Himalayan Nomad KTC that their staff behaves this way and you guys should keep some backup for such emergencies, very very unprofessional, and I forgot to mention they even changed the boarding point which was the Key reason I chose them. Train your staff and keep plans/backups for contingencies.

Cons:
1) Zero Punctuality. Scheduled departure time was 6: 30 PM from Kasol but we departed at 8: 30 PM. Arrival time was 7 AM, but arrived Delhi at 11: 00 AM.
2) Contact number provided by the redbus, was never answered. Tried 15-20 times but no answer. They called around 7 PM[after people contacted redbus] to tell that bus is delayed.
3) The Operator behavior was very unprofessional. They don't bother[not even 10%] about passenger's time. They wasted 6 hrs of each passenger.
4) I don't know after so much delay, In the morning when I woke up, I found driver was running max up to 60 Km/h speed on free road.why Man, r u making mileage?
5) No curtain in the bus, On 7AM in the morning, You may face sunshine on your face.
6) No office at Kasol. On the given address, the person sitting in the office was showing rudeness on its peak. He told directly I don't know anything about online booking. Call redbus. Their office was at Bhunter.

Pros:
Bus was clean. Seat was OK. Water bottle, Blanket, Mobile Charging Point on working condition.

I wrote this as I was paid 1500 Rs for such service. You can go for it only if you don't have other good option available.

Firstly they send some different bus nd not Nomad KTC. The bus was damn uncomfortable for a long journey of 13 to 14hrs. Their was no legroom, No curtains, No wi fi No movie (which all were written) while making a booking. They din't inform before the change of bus. The overall journey was pathatic. I cant even tell you.how horrible this journey was. The time of bus was 4: 30 pm frm manali.nd It started around 5: 15pm. The arrival time was 6 am at Delhi.nd the bus reached around 11am Delhi The driver was not at all experienced he was not running the bus smoothly. Even took 5 hrs more to travel the same distance. I have gone through a very tough journey yesterday and today. It took around 18 to 19 hrs frm Delhi to Manali (5hrs extra) on that low spaced bus where it was even hard to keep our legs between two seats. My legs are paining like hell. Redbus this kind of service is not at all expected from you. You certainly take some action against this bus manager.or refund our money! Sorry to say.but worst travel of my life.never ever book this bus guys.they befooled all 40 45 travelers today. Red bus hope you will take necessary action! Totally a waste of money! Red bus Nomad KTC refund our money!

I travelled by their bus PB 01 6672 on the night of 20th April 2019 from Kullu to Delhi. It was very scary ride. The driver was on mobile through out the night and he was extremely rash and reckless. It is a wonder we came to Delhi in one piece. Strictly avoid K T C if you want to stay alive

It is believed that, a team/company reflects the principles and ethics of the leader. Having witnessed the unprofessional and boorish behaviour of the Himalayan Nomads' staff members, I can guess the very poor professional ethics that everybody in this company follows. This will be my first and last journey with with this company. At the time of booking, they showed a TATA AC SEMI SLEEPER, but when we reached the bus stand, no information about the change of the bus was given to us. Upon being asked afterwards, the agent said, the actual bus had met with an accident and hence, we were forced to travel in a bus with very poor amenities. The sole charging point in the bus was not working, the seats hardly reclined and had negligible leg space. It was an 11 hour ordeal which I wouldn't want even my worst enemy to go through. I would never recommend this bus to anyone even as a last option.

First of all they provided time of departure at 6.30PM but the bus arrived at 10.15PM.

Charges are 250Rs more than any other bus service.

Instead of taking 12 hours for the journey, bus took more than 15 hours for the journey.

At the end, the conductor was throwing off the luggage like he was in so much of hurry.

No water bottles was given at all during the journey.

The blankets were smelling so much because they were not cleaned properly.

In starting until three hours, the bus did not even cool.

PS: Worst journey ever i have had in my life. Minimum rating is zero, otherwise i would not even give zero rating to your bus service.

Provided pathetic bus in place of luxury Volvo. Started 1hr 30 min late. No bottles were given. No blanket. Bus was supposed to start at 5 pm from manali and reach delhi max by 7am. We reached Delhi at 11.45am. It was over booked. Three girls were sitting on two seat. Strict actions should be taken against them.

We took the bus service from Delhi to Manali. Bus service was excellent. Customer service was great. Buses were clean and comfy. Free Wifi Service were very good as well. Really enjoyed their great service
