I am very satisfied with all the assistance from dealer. Sales Consultant Shivank Khurana was veri helping and guided me on every step throughly.

Worst after sales service. They hardly even listen to your concern and even if they can provide the service they talk rudely

Never buy anything from Hyundai even a single foot mat they cheat customer by their false commitments, but still you want from Hyundai than plz buy car or anything specially from Himgiri Hyundai.they will cheat you, doesn't matter how aware you are.and one more thing they insist customer to give the 5 star, worst service ever

I have buy a new car from them by giving my old car in Jan 23 after 8 months i m receiving fresh challans on my name of the old car as being a brand we trusted them they will transfer the car but they didn't and if any illegal stuff happened with the vehicle who will be responsible. Contacted their concern department but after delaying it for almost whole day they stopped reverting with any kind of updation not answering to what's app and calls.if negative rating can be given would have choosen that. No response from anyone. Worst service from their end.

This showroom makes the fake commitment. And manager shipli jain behaviour is very rude towards coustmers, and they never give the cars on time. Worst service and behaviour. Plz do not purchase the car from himgiri.

Giving 1 star because this is the least that we can select. Himgiri Hyundai is not even worth a negative star!
I've been driving cars for the past 25 years and their sales service is the worst I've ever come accross as compared to other brand's car I've owned; like Honda, Maruti, and Ford.

This Navratari I bought a car from their showroom as a gift for my daughters. It's been 6 weeks and we have not received the number plate till now! Tried contacting the showroom several times through every communication channel possible and yet they didn't even bother to update us!

We've been mentally harrassed by them for the past few weeks. The first service is scheduled in 2 weeks and we see no sight of getting our problem resolved at all.

At least keep a functional contact number, all numbers mentioned on the website including the mobile number - are not in use. A very poor reflection of the Brand.

Executives at Himgiri Hyundai are literally liar, they will make commitment for the accesories and later on deny it.
Be aware while purchasing from Himgiri Hyundai also, later you may find person who was dealing has left the job!

Sales agent Pankaj Sharma harassed by making several calls. He also stalked me by posting me picture from my facebook on my phone. I am still thinking about filing police complaint about this dealership and agent

Very bad service. Car pickup at 10.0AM & Return at 8.30 P.m. Without doing service. I called again & again but not proper response. Even after the purchase of 2 months, I couldn't get RC,

Due to rush, Adviser always looks busy in other tasks and unable to advise you properly.overall otherwise it is very good car service station.

The service time is pathetic. They took more than 6 hours just to check and update me about Wheel alignment and later informed me that alignment can't be done coz the person responsible is not available.
Further, when you go to get your car serviced they add so many unnecessary things which are actually not required.
You can't trust them properly with your car.
The service time and quality is not what you would expect from Hyundai brand.

Worst customer experience, they installed CNG in my car & charged Rs 70,000 but this cng kit available in 45,000 in market & my car breaks down in every 2 to 3 thousand km & because of this cng kit problems started in gear box as well, don't buy Hyundai cars because both himgiri hyundai & hyundai is cheater, this is daylight robbery they should return my money.

Not a good place, I use to send my both hyundai cars here for service, but this time they damaged the interiors of my car nd charged me for services they never did to my car, very disappointed

Very expensive service center both for service and due to expensive hyundai spare parts, the supervisors are usually trying to add items to inflate the bill of the customer. They have all facilities to repair Hyundai cars but the trained staff supervisor s have all left during Covid. Some of the supervisors are knowledgeable and good. Reception staff are kind and courteous and they have a nice lobby and good housekeeping. Ample parking is available and they also sell new cars. Location is at back side of metro station so very convenient to reach.

I visited here for insurance of my car.the staff is professional but the insurance charge is quite high & they also give a complemetary gift coupan for free washing and dry cleaning so whn i visited again for redeem cupan for washing, they took 5hr.just for washing and dry cleaning and whn they give me the keys of car they dont give time for chck my stuffs they r just like k ab bas niklo gadi leke.wo ase jase srervice wale jo paise dege unko hi dhang s treat krege to aagar paise hai sb service achi hai baki staff professional h koi issue ni h lekin mahngi service charge hai or bhut bhidh rhti h pr fir.
