1. लंच टाइम 01pm-02pm है,
इस बीच कोई कार्य नहीं होगा, भले ही कोई CUSTOMER कितनी ही दूर से क्यों ना आया हो,
हमें नहीं मतलब,

2. U. P. की RC सिर्फ़ और सिर्फ़ सुभाष सर देंगे अगर वो शोरूम में नहीं हैं तो RC नहीं मिलेगी।

3. अगर कोई गलती से सर्विस बुक लाना भूल जाए तो उसकी बाइक की सर्विस नहीं हो सकती, हमें मतलब नहीं कोई कितनी भी दूर से क्यों ना आया हो।

किसी भी उद्योग की सफलता उसके कर्मचारियों पर निर्भर करती है
कर्मचारियों का व्यव्हार अगर उद्योग को आकाश की बुलंदियों तक ले जा सकता है तो डुबो भी सकता है।

CONCLUSION: - अगर आप हिमगिरि से टू व्हीलर लेने की सोच रहे हैं तो ऊपर दिए गए points को ध्यान में रखें।

3 ghante me inhone service kr ke di bike
Usme bhi inke pass spray oil
And spray cleaning lube ni hai
Na hi bike sahi se cleaning kri matii lgi hui bike pr bola to bole ki dry cleaning hai hmare yha aur police ko bola to bole khatam hori hai abhi. Really verry bad experience. Chain me last me oil hi lgaya inhone noramal.

I am satisfied with your mechanic Mr. Sanjeev service who usually service my both vehicle scooty & bike but I have to wait for 20 minutes for the washerman who is not available at the site.

I bemoan writing this review to share my horrible experience with the service center regarding my servicing and the absence of spare parts as the owner of a Yamaha MT15. Whenever I visited a service center to have my bike serviced, I always asked for spare parts about my expectations, but they simply refused to provide them and said they were not available at this time even today.

I leave feeling unsatisfied with the promised level of care and the knowledge I gained over the previous few years after sale. However, after the sales of this kind of information to their valuable customers like me and only from the service center, the service center was the only place where I got such a response.

Furthermore, I would never advise anyone to purchase a bike from this showroom due to the subpar service and lack of customer satisfaction after the sales.

I hope this information will improve your service as well as customer assumptions won't ever be lost.

The sales staff is good in behaviour, but if talked about the servicing staff this would not be appreciative, they will deny for your genuine problems in your vehicle, they agree with your problems, your have to complaint to their seniors to get your work done here.

Worst experience! If you are buying a bike buy it from elsewhere. They will nod there head on every word that comes out of your mouth but only until your bike is not handed over to you. Once you take you take the delivery and their commission is secured they will start treating you like a waste of time. Anything you wanna get done, get it done before making payment.

Today I visit the showroom and their sales team don't know what is the breakup of onroad price, insurance premium amount, rto, ex-showroom price of fzx model and even they said that there is no price list at our showroom of any product. They don't even have enough knowledge of the model and when I asked about senior, they simply said GM, sales seniors are not here right know. Please avoid this showroom otherwise your love for yahama will turned into hatred.

Very unprofessional and batamez staff. I am planning to buy r15 when i went there and asked for test drive. A man working there maybe mechanic said ' peepal ke ped tk ja or wapsi le aa'' peepal ped not even 20 meter from the showroom. I asked him for a long ride and told without testdrive how i will decide which one to buy then he said ' to mt lo fir' his behaviour was very bad not going there in future

Service centre worst service provide, not done properly service mentioned in the job card they have cheated with customers and the supervisor making a job card not treat as supervisor treat as a Dalal unnecessary adding cleaner 3-5 cleaner every time push Teflon coating in the bike and road assistant if any problem in the bike loose wires something they have to change the part in the second service forcefully added cleaning clutch plates and after service clutch cleaning issue starts in the bike totally scam. Request all if you want to service done front of the face and don't try to clean clutch plates.

Charges is very high in this center.please make sure if you are knowledgeable person so please check your vehicle first otherwise there is more and more cheaters.

Very pathetic service. Of the showroom and service centre as well. They even don't have drinking water for customers. Today, When i asked for a glass of water they gave me a water bottle and when i asked for a glass they said we don't have any glass.what is this yr?

And even they work like govt offices.i have to go counter to counter and even they work very slow too.

I bought a bike and for RTO number registration they demand unnecessary hidden charges. On finance part they will tell you the different amount and after that your EMI will be 20% higher than they say while purchasing. And of course service they claim free service but do charge additional 500 rupees for that. Guys beaware of these sort of dealers.

This service centre is like government offices.
No one will help you and you will be running from one counter to other for help
All the service engineers here are untrained and no proper knowledge of serving bike.
I have complained regarding this many time but no use.
Yamaha Company is also not supporting customers in after sales service.
I will not recommend any one to buy Yamaha bikes as after sales services are very bad and cost equal to a car service
Not recommended this dealership at all

i claimed insurance of my new bike not properly two months old and when we call them or go to showroom they be like ' sir hum ky kre parts hini h ' and then they give you a date that lastly you get your bike on saturday with perfect condition and i called them on that day then they be like sir m pta krkr btatau parts aye ni aye? Is that you called a good service? #thatswhypeoplepreferKTM
because they dont give you a fake dates and all!

Showroom and service center. Has good collection of latest Yamaha bikes and most of the colors are available.
Bike service can be improved a bit. It's costly and they try to add things in your bill so double check your service bill

The center is good but all the mechanics seems they are. Working since 10-12 years and looks like all uncles and no one talk happily it seems they are working only to earn not for customers satisfaction and all mechanics shows high level attitude to the bike owners like they are the CEO of the Yamaha Company very bad.

I first went to the center to replace my bike break rear pads and after that my bike gear system start knocking cheain was giving sound too much and the bike start bubbling that technician totally messed up the bike and after 12 days i again went to the center then they change coupling rubber of rear tyre when i asked the mechanic can to the perfect setting of my bike he replied i dont whatever you explained as per your local mechanic i did that. Because i already took my local bike opinion when my bike messed up by the mechanic but 2nd time the mechanic behaviour was not customer friendly i dont know why Himgiri still running service center with such a Bad mechanics and their behaviour please it is better to buy original parts from service center and fix them with local mechanic of your area

I never recommend anyone for visit their for service of their yamaha vehicle. Bcz their service station on second floor and they take vehicle on second floor by lift/elevator and bcz of that vehicle got scratches. And their waiting time is so much. Seriously such an bad experience and prices is also high they are making us fool.

Unprofessional people don’t know how to handle customers liabilities, broke my bike’s indicator at the time of servicing.
All of the above they really dont want to work and specially the girl most lazy of em all.

Most unprofessional, illiterate fools are there in service centre. I had given my fz25 for service and looted 10000rs from me saying they had replaced clutch assembly, chain set, front fork alignment and a hell lot. Now gear shifts are clunky, front fork oil leaks and bike vibrates like anything. They had messed up with my bike. Stay away from this dealer and service centre.

Unprofessional and untrained worker. I went there for bike service. Worker took my bike to service place but after 1 hour when I went to that place then I saw that only 2 workers were there and both were busy in taking photo. Without testing he said that self charger is faulty but when I asked him to check other bike charger in my bike then same issue exist. So very bad experience.
