They have an excellent service and their drivers are super courteous. Cars are very clean and I have tried their service two times and everytime I was super delighted with their services.

One of the worst experience ever. We booked our trip till Spiti valley and for the first time booked directly with a travel instead of going through redbus and had a worst experience. The driver (rithesh) is not at all professional. He wish to take us wherever he wants to go instead of where we wanted to go. He was asking for extra 2000 rupees to go through Atal tunnel eventhough we had booking till Spiti valley (we need to go through Atal tunnel to reach Spiti valley though) which is just 25km from Solang valley. He is very very unprofessional and was smoking in car even though we asked him to stop smoking. And coming to travel service they are horrible and completely money minded. We finished our trip 2 days early so we can do the sight seeing in delhi. They were saying there is no delhi sight seeing eventhough we started our trip from delhi and they said the ride is over eventhough we had two more days left in our booking. Even they asked us to pay for extra 500 for himachal pradesh state tax which is included in our initial booking just because we came two days early as they had paid the tax for remaining days as well. They are just simply the worst out worst cab service to opt for.

We have booked Innova Crysta for Delhi- Manali - Spiti Valley trip and the driver (RITESH) spoiled the entire trip by taking us where ever he wanted and where he gets the commission. He even smokes while driving. It happened once during the trip. At last he took us back to Delhi 2 days before the actual trip end date and said your trip completed but we do have Delhi visit included in the trip. They charged us for 250kms per day for 9 days and at last 2 days they have not provided us the actual vehicle but after our request provided a local CNG taxi for sight seeing. Never pay them in advance.

One of the worst Taxi service in Delhi. Don't pay them in advance, they will change words once they get the payment in advance. And don't ever go with Driver - Ritesh.

We hired a crysta for 4 days for a trip to kasol. This was the worst cab hiring experience we ever had. Although the cab quality and customer support are okay, it was the driver Mr. Balbir singh whose behaviour spoiled our trip. He is guy with such a pathetic attitude towards customers. He is cunningly sweet initially but will start revealing his true colours as the trip progresses.
1. Duped us of our precious time by pleading to visit his enroute village to drop some item and as a result made us take a detour of almost 40kms.
2. Stopped at a secluded resthouse at midnight just before sundernagar and refused to move forward even for 10 kms. Made us stay at the most pathetic hotel serviced by drunkards.
3. We had to visit kullu and we informed him well in advance, even then he took the kasol route without informing us. After we advanced 7 kms in that route we asked him about kullu, he created a scene on the road midway. Matter resolved by interference of cab operator executive who rebuked him for his behaviour.
4. Demanded for extra money as we reached hills in kasol where no/non functional atms were present, although we had paid him rs. 10000 just before leaving delhi.
5. Refused to go to Tosh, where almost all vehicles including tourist and non HP registered were going, inspite of the road being good and the weather clear.
6. On return near chandigarh, stopped at a low grade dhaba and refused to proceed to delhi. Asked us to make complete payment (balance rs. 4000) if we wanted him to drop us in Delhi. Created a scene on the NH and threatened us to call his contacts in punjab to extract money from us. Matter resolved after intervention of Punjab Police when they threatened to impound his vehicle. (Note: we had already paid his rs 17000 on day1 and day2. Also, there was no mention by hira taxi that we have to make them complete payment before entering delhi. We had an explicit talk with hira taxi executive Mr. Surjit singh about payment details and he mentioned clearly that we have to pay the driver near about rs. 10000 for enroute expenses and the balance amount to be paid in Delhi on return. When we tried to raise this matter with Mr. Surjit, he stopped receiving our calls.)
To sum it up, it was a pathetic exerince hiring a car from Hira Taxi. Better avoid them if you can. If it's mandatory to hire from them, make sure that Mr Balbir Singh is not your driver, else be ready for multiple nightmares enroute. He is a greedy person who will make you stop at hotels of his choice where he will get some commission or other freebies, in turn making your experience horrible.

Have used their service for many times but today when i called them to book a outstation taxi the guy who picked up the phone was very very unproffessional, uneducated, dosent know how to talk to customers.most pathetic experience i have ever got from them in last 10 years.and when i asked him to connect me to their owner he disconnected the call and after repetitive calling them he started disconnecting the call. In short i would say HIRA TAXI service have hired the most uneducated and unproffessional guys. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE IS WITH HIRA TAXI. BAD GUYS ARE HIRED BY MANAGMENT
