I visited this diagnostic centre for my stomach ultrasound and my experience was nice, test was done at reasonable price and staff were alsowell trained.

Exiclent experience all staff are very helpful all facilities very grateful and miss Sonia very grateful attand and very good knowledge and help full

Best infrastructure with highly qualified staffs.esecially I found Mr. Bhupender Rathi a great humour person and also the technician staffs who had done my xray Ms komal and yatika ji.

Great service with optimum staff support. Special Mr Krishan at the reception. He provided extra knowledge and support and ensured all my questions are getting answered.

Prices for the tests are pretty good. The staff along with the management is super incompetent and insensitive. If you have any time critical testing to be done, better to spend more money elsewhere, because these guys are not reliable at all. Also, a lot of the staff and management is rude and argumentative.

All staff members are good, helpful and exceptionally fast service and it is good as they serve on first come first serve basis. There is one Mr. Rupesh he is very helpful, he helped in all my test to conduct fast and about how the test will take place. Everyone should consider HOD for there tests. They will grant your report in 24 hours and it can be given early also. You will be informed by message on your phone. Good experience over-all. Place is very neat and clean.

Staff is well trained and soft spoken. Specially Name - Kishan on the front desk, The waiting area and other premises (including washroom) is clean. And Safety measures are also into consideration

Not upto the mark, the TAT for the reports was 2-3 hours and it's almost 24 hours and reports are still pending. Everytime they say that, its under processing and on the priority one. Will be done soon.

Very neat and tidy place; has best of the machines for diagnosis. Went for MRI and the machine was brand new.
It is situated right at the main road, next to Bikanerwala. The staff is very polite and helpful. Charges are nominal. Taking an appointment is very easy- through their website.

I visited this place some days ago. There are few things which I would contribute here.
1. Staff is well trained and soft spoken.
2. There is no parking facility available. So either park somewhere else or leave your vehicle at home.
3. The waiting area and other premises (including washroom) is clean.
4. Safety measures are also into consideration.
5. There was a lot of documentation on their behalf and online booking doesnt make a much difference.
6. It is just opened (a month old), so you can also get considerable discount.

Everything was fine. The staff is well trained and they know each and everything about tests.but if you want to visit HOD then please leave your vehicle at your home, because there is no parking facility and you have to park your car on the road and sometimes you will not get any parking space.

The price is very low. Very neat and clear center. Staff very helpful. Report 100℅carriage original superb experience with hod Ashok vihar.
